Timepiece Epicurean Anmeldelser

I would highly recommend using Timepiece Epicurean. Quality of watch and service I received was excellent.

Great service from start to finish. Purchased online and the team was on hand to answer questions regarding warranty and delivery etc. Next day delivery and sold exactly as seen. Highly recommend.

Very helpful friendly seller who I cannot praise highly enough. The watch of my dreams for a good price and exactly as described. Buy with confidence.

Brilliant communication throughout. Team are very knowledgable and helpful and watch was delivered next day.

My first time purchase of a luxury watch and in summary, a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

I bought a limited edition Verstappen Tag Heuer and it is beautiful (I have worn it every day)! As a first time buyer (and due to my background), I was very sceptical about the authenticity, it's a minefield out there, however Martyn assured it was not fake and told me that I was welcome to take it to a jewellers to confirm, with a 14 day money back guarantee.

I travelled 95 miles on Good Friday to view the watch and Martyn was very accommodating. He answered all my questions and even offered us refreshments! If I were able to afford another watch (persuade the wife I needed one), or start a collection, I would most certainly go back to Timepiece Epicurean, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Hope you flourish and continue to be successful in the business!

First time I’ve purchased from timepiece epicurean and got to say first class service when I went to meet max at the office. The stock they carry is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely use them again for my next purchase as their prices are very competitive thanks again
John.

Excellent service, next day delivery. Buy with confidence with their hassle free returns. Watch as described really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy again in the future.
Thanks
Nic

I bought a beautiful Rolex DateJust from Timepiece Epicurean & the process couldn’t have been easier !

I spoke to Max who was able to advise me on the best watch for my needs.
He sent across some watches he could supply & once I had chosen, all I had to do was send the deposit across and the watch arrived the next day to the showroom.

The showroom is beautifully designed and Max showed us through the papers, the classy box & the watch itself.
The watch was in perfect condition, ready for me to take home the same day !

It was a smooth, easy and enjoyable process from the start and I can’t thank Max enough for his expertise and customer service. I am blown away by the quality, speed & price you can tell they both care about their customers & the watch business.

I will definitely use Timepiece as my ‘watch supplier’!

I absolutely love my Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Sapphire Sandwich that I purchased from Timepiece Epicurean! This watch is nothing short of iconic, and mine arrived in perfect condition with all the original papers and box. Not only that, but I managed to get it at an absolutely fantastic price.

I recently purchased a TAG Heuer watch from Timepiece Epicurean, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The watch itself is stunning—everything I hoped for and more. It arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged, and right on time. You can tell they take pride in their products and customer experience.

Just bought a Tag Heuer Red Bull Aston Martin watch from Timepiece Epicurean. The watch was immaculate and just as described and postage was fast and secure. Excellent service and communication from Max and Martyn and I would highly recommend!

I have to say i am over the moon. I received my omega seamaster 42mm in blue colour today, the day after ordering. What an efficient service that was. I was dealing with a guy called Martin he was very professional and so warm and welcoming on the phone, which made the process of buying a watch very easy. I felt confident i was buying a great product at a competitive price. I received 1st class customer service. I would highly recommend timepiece epicurean to anyone wanting a watch.

I contacted Max and Martyn at Timepiece Epicurean after finding them by chance while searching for local watch shops a few days before Christmas, with little confidence that they’d be able to source the watch that I wanted for my wife. In no time at all, they got back to me having found a watch in top condition and a price that worked for me. On Xmas eve the transaction was completed. I had been keen to ensure that I was dealing with trustworthy people, but I need not have worried. They invited me to their office and explained how they work, and at no point was I rushed or ‘sold to.’ The watch arrived quickly and I was invited to inspect it before committing to buy. A pleasant and reassuring way to buy a pre-owned luxury watch with confidence. I will be using them again. NS
