As always efficient and reasonably priced

Used this company for 3 years for the tyres and wheels policy. They are great. Good at what they do and great value for money. Who they choose to partner with for wheel refurbishment, sometimes the quality is not there. (e.g. lacquer peel on a newly refurbished wheel on the inside or the finish worn off in about a year but they do allow for the 5 claims per year on the policy) Never raised a complaint as the wheel refurbishment place said there is no guarantee. So not an issue with tidy alloys directly. Just who they partner with. I do hope that partners quality are reviewed regularly to ensure high standards of finishing on the wheels policies. But overall the team is fair, polite and great to deal with, be sure to pick up the phone if there is any misunderstandings.

First time customer. Actually advised to have a look at the Co by my Insurers General Accident. Had my last car 14 years & always taken care of it. This new one was a retirement treat & I mentioned how nowadays people seem careless to others property (especially in supermarket & most car parks in fact) & are happy to drive or walk away from any damage done.
Have to say so far very impressed from the friendly helpful prompt & patient way my many questions were answered via their CHAT to the ease of completing paperwork & confirmation of cover.
The price is very competitive-the dealer I bought the vehicle from was far more expensive & I've already experienced poor service from them!
All terms & conditions clear & good that I have sent initial photos of my car, presumably for future claims (though I hope not to have any). Clarity all round.
Thoroughly researched reviews of other providers & TidyAlloys clear winner. My garage also recommended them. Great peace of mind for me. Took cover for my wheels & paintwork.

It’s staggering how much some car dealerships charge for GAP insurance! Tidyalloys offer excellent GAP policies at extremely affordable prices and their online quote process was so simple and easy to complete purchase! 👍
