Works well, but needs improvement

Extensively informative, generously accommodates comprehension. I am greatly appreciative of the convenience this program affords me. However, there are major issues with lesson progression. Repeatedly had to wait through timers for sections (pages and videos) already completed.

Hello Paul and thank you for taking the time to submit this review. We are very sorry to hear that you had that issue with the course timers. Those timers are required by the state unfortunately, but they should not reset or make you redo pages once the timer expires and you move to the next page. We will look into the logging on your account to see if there was any malfunction of the system to prevent this from happening to others. Again, thank you for this feedback.
