About 50 minutes of my time was wasted…
About 50 minutes of my time was wasted after getting kicked to the menu after clicking next. The course is long enough as it is, being forced to wait 10 extra minutes for something that took 4 minutes to read is extremely frustrating.

I am sorry that you were unhappy with your course experience. The course is designed with the page timers as required by the New York DMV based on the average person's reading speed and the type of material being shown (video, charts, animations, pics, etc.). It is the state rules that ultimately determine what the page timer lengths must be. The timers are also how the state ensures that the course meets the required 5 hours. If you are a faster reader I understand how that can be a bit frustrating. If the course took you to the menu instead of the next page after waiting out a timer that is not correct function and if you contact us after we can check and assist. I am glad to see that you successfully completed the course and were reported to the DMV so you can schedule your driving test.

Awesome at your own pace
Can complete without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. 30 days to complete after purchase. Great for busy moms who well need to do this course and may not be able to sit on zoom for 5 consecutive hours.

convenient, yet frustrating
this was a really convenient way for me to get my five hour course done. however i would get reset on the same page and have to wait unnecessarily due to the timer resetting and not allowing me to move on to the next section.
