Good site
Good site, never had any problems. However, there is no option to buy multiple events. You have to go into each event separately which can be time consuming if buying multiple tickets. This also hikes up the booking fees!

Excellent experience
I have always been perfectly satisfied with the service from this company and this week have been very impressed. I needed to change something about a booking I had made and not only was the matter dealt with quickly and efficiently, the communication from them was excellent. Far better than other well known, big name ticketing agents I could mention.

Would you mind contacting us at ticket247.co.uk/contact to let us know which venue/event this was please, as they may be unaware of our free ticket scanning app which quickly validates tickets and speeds up entry?
We have no control over a venue's choice of door staff, or whether they choose to implement their own entrance procedures rather than the recommended facilities we provide. We would therefore really appreciate if you would kindly revise your feedback score as this is very important to us as a UK based, smaller platform.
