The staff were very friendly and professional.
Great view of the race course.
Would have preferred 2 less people per table as not enough space. Main course rather bland and arrived cold.
Good fun day out.

Service was very good, we were very looked after, the only advice I would give is the guest speakers could not be herd very well due to yhe noise from others but other than this great day

Outstanding Event Planning – A Christmas Party to Remember!
Our Christmas party on 3rd December at Somerset House, hosted at Jimmy Garcia’s pop-up in The Chalet, was nothing short of spectacular — all thanks to our incredible event agent. From start to finish, every detail was handled with such professionalism, creativity, and care that the entire evening felt effortless and flawlessly executed.
The atmosphere was magical, the food and drinks were exceptional, and the whole experience exceeded every expectation. Our team was genuinely blown away. Communication throughout the planning process was smooth, clear, and reassuring, and on the night itself everything ran perfectly.
If you’re looking for someone who delivers unforgettable events with style and precision, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough — a truly outstanding service!

excellent event experience
we got a very warm welcome as we entered from all the staff and that continued through out the day. the food and drink was all delightful and served with a smile from the staff. from start to finish the whole event was brilliant.

The hostess was excellent, the food was excellent, and the Rugby Legends were all friendly and chatty - it was a great day (and result). Well done on the Charity fundraising too.

On arrival it tool a long time to even find our names on the list resulting in three members of staff trying to sort it out . I would say there were too many people in the room as the noise was nearly unbearable and very difficult to navigate your way round the room as trying to squeeze between the tables were nearly impossible. The food was very poor and a strange choice of dishes . Surely parsnips mousse is not something that the majority of people would like . I only managed to eat a the chicken which was so small it looked like a taster you might get at the supermarket. Some people were still waiting for their food at 2.30. Dessert didn’t appear to after the match On returning to the suite a member of the hospitality team informed us in a rather stern tone that we shouldn’t be there yet but we might as well stay . We had been allowed in by the door staff so not sure how it was our fault . All in all a very disappointing day . Not my idea of hospitality and not the hospitality I have had from you in the past .
To clarify
I did not ask to return to the room during halftime. After the match we were allowed back into the room by the gentleman on the door . Only for a very rude lady to tell us we shouldn’t be there but she would let us stay . This should have been discussed with the people on the door . Definitely should not make guests feel they had something wrong .

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I know our Sales Director has reached out to explain some of the concerns that you've raised here and we're excited to see you at your next event.
It's a lively atmosphere at our facility that creates a real buzz to ensure our guests are excited for the fantastic match ahead. I believe our Sales Director has discussed that some of the other facilities at the Allianz Stadium that we offer may be more suitable for yo going forward.
At the end of each line of fixtures we review the quality and deliverables with the catering team and we will highlight some of the comments you have listed here.
Due to safety regulations enforced by the stadium itself, we are unable to open up the facility at half-time, unfortunately this is out of our control. However this is highlighted in our pre-event information as well as our screens prior to the match. As soon as the match is over, guests are welcomed back to our facility for another hour.
We look forward to seeing you at an event soon and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get back in touch.
Best time ever
I recently attended a NFL game and had the best time ever. The experience was fantastic. Zelije Sinaj was wonderful. She made sure I had everything I needed. She was very professional and also sweet as can be. I will definitely be back next year. Francesca at Engage Hospitality is great. She answered all my questions before the event. Thanks again.
