Edited to add - I have unsubscribed many times. However, given I have never signed up for the mailing list and had never heard of them until they started emailing me every day, I shouldn’t have been receiving them at all.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Eastbourne Tennis. The service was excellent, the food was top-notch, and the overall experience was outstanding. I would definitely return.

This company has purchased a mailing list and we are now getting emails we have not subscribed to.

Angelika went above and beyond to find tickets to Wimbledon for us within a limited timeframe. I had given up hope until she came up with an option that worked.

As always, wonderful service from Sophie. It’s such a pleasure dealing with people who do exactly what they say they will and in a calm and professional manner. Very much appreciate the attention to detail.

Superb from start to finish. Excellent service from Sophie through to all in the facility. Very welcoming and attentive. The hosts, Joe Marler and James Martin made the afternoon even more special!

Making a decision to buy Wimbledon tickets can be a challenge, but when you work with a person like Angelika Lesniewska at Keith Prowse, you will find the experience to be fantastic, she was great. I had so many questions- she answered every one. She even took my calls on her sick day. I was, and am,so impressed. How fortunate to get tickets to Centre Court and to work with someone as wonderful as Angelika.

Sophie was great with prompt reply on securing and processing the booking. It is 50th birthday present for my wife . Looking forward to the Treehouse experience and day at Wimbledon 🎾 thanks again for all your help.

Very helpful and quick to respond

This is going to sound like 1st world problems in the extreme, but please bear in mind the high price paid for tickets and the customer service response. A server poured champagne over 1 of our guests, she was mortified, got her supervisor and she promised us a bottle of champagne over at number 1 court to compensate - nothing transpired. In the afternoon I left my favourite hat at their Treehouse facility and returned to find it had gone. The receptionist said a Love Island star was next to us and was very drunk and had just left wearing it! The story changed twice after through different people to we've checked TV video and he left without a hat! Near the end of play, Raducanu was involved in a tense battle with Sabalenka on Centre Court, there were about a dozen customers left in Treehouse and all were glued to the muted TV screens as a DJ blared out; we asked if the music could be muted and the commentary unmuted and we were told it was not possible. In the afternoon I visited their sweet shop which is a brilliant idea... 2 people work it, but 2 other workers were also there to loudly discuss their love life and rumours with them and got in the way of accessing the sweets in a small space. Then in the middle of a crucial point all the televisions were turned off and we were told it was not possible to watch them. We found out it was possible to watch it from Treehouse by their out of order slide viewing an outside screen. I raised the key issues with Keith Prowse, got no response, chased repeatedly and 2 months on found they are doing nothing to make us feel better. IN SPITE OF THE STANDARD RESPONSE BELOW, NOBODY FROM KEITH PROWSE HAS REACHED OUT TO SPEAK WITH ME OR DO ANYTHING TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. I WILL EDIT THIS ACCORDINGLY IF AND WHEN THEY DO.

Had a great day at Eastbourne Tennis, the service, food and whole experience was just brilliant. Would do it again.

The support, guidance and assistance we received as we planned "the trip of a lifetime" to Wimbledon exceeded the superb. Given the complexities and many options available, it was a bit daunting, but Jonathan Gaida, our Keith Prowse representative made the navigation simple and easy. He patiently guided us competently through the process. Jon even emailed us throughout a weekend to complete the process on time. Of all the companies out there, we would strongly recommend Keith Prowse and especially Jonathan Gaida! Well done!!
