Great customer service
Great customer service. Due to an error on my part my order needed extra information and Jonathan contacted me directly so the order could be fulfilled. I was impressed with his courtesy, support and efficiency. The watch straps were delivered in a couple of days. The straps appear to be good value for money. They look great and are very comfortable. Based on this experience, I would definitely buy from Thrifty Gentleman again.

Poor quality. Can get the same from Temu much cheaper.
Goods were sold as reasonable quality. I was looking forward to receiving them. However on arrival of the goods I was extremely disappointed in the quality. I could have purchased better quality from someone like Temu at a much lower price.
The straps made my watch look cheap.

We take a great deal of pride in providing great quality affordable watch straps and normally our customers rave about our quality vs price.
We were surprised to receive your feedback as it is not in keeping with the majority of reviews we receive either on Trustpilot or on our other review platforms (we currently have a 4.8 out of 5 rating on our website from 700+ reviews). A one star review and a comparison to Temu is definitely not what we would want nor expect.

The straps are of fine quality, very reasonably priced, arrived safely, and in good time. What would have given them five stars is if they offered some additional solid colours e.g. Burgundy, British Racing Green or Navy or perhaps a tartan such as Black Stuart, Douglas or Black Watch. Nevertheless, they did jolly well.

Very pleased with my purchase.
Wanted to get a few different straps to improve the look and wearability of some budget watches, but didn’t want to spend a fortune. Very pleased with my purchases, bought a selection of straps, in different materials and colours.
Especially pleased with two vintage style leather straps, one black and one brown that really look and feel good. Won’t need to buy any more for a while, but when I do I’ll be straight back to have a look what is available.
