We have a business account and we mostly manage it through the Carlisle store. We started with 1 mobile we now have multiple our business broadband now 3 also. It was recently time for one of us to upgrade and honestly the service, advice and patience is unbelievable. What a team. We should probably use online and call centres to manage our accounts but in all honesty if it wasn’t for the Carlisle team we might have found a deal and switched but knowing nothing is a problem service, billing a quick pop in your made genuinely welcome and they really do guide you on what’s best for you.

If it was in my hand, I would have given 0 stars, Pathetic Coverage, Mis-Sold business broadband device as it never connects 5G, Disconnects frequently, 2 6 months with them and 5 months have been contacting their support, That too using my O2 Internet as hotspot as Three never connects, Blue light is the favourite light of device.
One word, Terrible customer service, Pathetic Coverage, Save yourself from Three business

We signed up for a Three Business mobile contract for just under 100 users two years ago, and honestly, it could’ve been a nightmare. Instead, it felt like a spa day—thanks to Craig Maxwell (Customer Success wizard), who handled every detail as if he’d been secretly working for our company for years and treated our rollout like a personal mission. He’s so good, I’m having him written into the contract renewal.
We came for the product and price, but stayed for the customer service and the “no-panic, all-answers” energy (OK… and the price). The customer service bar is now set so high it needs oxygen masks. Other providers reading this: be afraid. Be very afraid.
Result: 97 happy users, multiple cost centres, one happy Utilities Manager, and an Accounts Team as quiet as a spreadsheet on a Sunday.
A special mention goes to Callum (the dogless), who proves you don’t need a pet to deliver award-winning support—just lightning-fast responses and a great sense of humour.

Business customer of 2 years. Our account is managed by the customer success team, for everything we need we speak with Mary Smith. Its been a positive experiance for the full duration of our contract term. Any time we have required any changes to our account, new SIM cards or just information regarding our numbers etc its been a rapid turn around to support us with clear communication. Faultless service would recommend.

We have had exceptional service, all the time from 3 customer success for almost 4 years now and our account manager Jenna has always ensured the service and our accounts have been suited to our business needs. Moving to 3 was a choice we are proud to have made and look forward to the future with Three & Vodafone in their new partnership.

Three Business Sales team was dreadful in helping me. I recently made contact for some additional service and was told one price, phoned back to sign up and was told the service was nothing like the price I was quoted. I provided the name of the agent and told them to listen to the previous call as they was making out I was making it up. I was told to make a complaint and it would take 48hrs to speak to a manager only then would they listen to the call. This was when I needed the service switched on then. I needed the service for my work. I was then passed around from person to person, calls disconnected having to phone back, trying to be sold inferior packages having to explain myself time and time again. I would be asking not to be transferred yet the caller in the sales team would just transfer me back to the customer services agent for me to pretty much have to explain who I was as if I was a new caller. Sales team were not interested in helping me only interested in making a sale. Awful experience.

Good overall but they didn't give me the price they offered on the phone when the first bill came through.
I had to chase and call, tried live chat too.
Got told twice it was pro rata'd when it clearly was not.
Finally had to raise a complaint. They looked into it, checked the sales call recording and confirmed I was being billed incorrectly.
They credited the over charge and the amount going forward.
But they refused any kind of goodwill gesture for the time and hassle caused, which is very poor.
Even a £10 would have been a gesture. Or an offer of a charity donation.

Basically buying from Three is ridiculously easy!!!
Thereafter when there is a problem which I have had with a MiFi for my shop in Budleigh Salterton (Devon) then it’s completely the reverse!!
I should have logged the volume of calls I have made to Three as it would amount to probably over 100 man hours.
False promises of someone calling me back either the same day or within 7 days with network updates! Zero response.
Shocking and stressful!!

You only need to read my file under my name to see how long this has been going on!
I have two phones with Three plus I have the MiFi account.
I am promised 4G coverage in my area EX96NG but I don’t get it not even on our phones, Let alone the MiFi which was acquired to solve our business issues there including and most importantly running the credit card machine. If we cannot make a card transaction then we are ‘stuffed’!
I look forward to your satisfactory response.
