Amazing customer service and a perfect product

I ordered a personalized chef's smock for my son's birthday and WOW - this company is super responsive and really quick. They even sent me a mock up so I could proof it before they made it. Very reasonably priced, super quick processing and shipping. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for, ordering was easy, and shipped quickly!

I had ordered a gift-wrapped small, rosewood key-chain with a custom engraving. The product was exactly as advertised; the engraving was the right size and centred, and the wood looked really nice. It even had a nice scent to it and was gift-wrapped quite nicely. The only issue was that I had paid extra for expedited shipping, but Purolator experienced a mechanical issue and so the item was delivered later than initially promised. However, that was not the fault of Things Engraved. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Extremely easy to use website. I had been searching for somewhere to engrave pint glasses for my husbands 40th birthday. This website made it so easy to upload the image - they sent me a proof to approve and within 2 days in my hands. Incredible!

Service and timeliness is through the roof with these guys. Every year I order an award item to be given out at our AGM. And every year I forget to order it until the last minute. But TE gets it to me on time every year - this year was 3 days from order to receiving the product I ordered. These guys are my go to for everything engraved!

My item was shipped twice and both times went missing. I checked with them twice to make sure the address was correct and they said it was. I ended up having to call Canada Post myself to find out where my board was and found out my townhouse number was not indicated on the package. This was an anniversary present for parents that was given to them a month late. It’s a nice board but definitely not worth the trouble. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a plaque as a retirement gift for one of my contractors. Things engraved made the process easy by asking the right questions, and for getting back to me with their responses in a timely manner. The plaque design is exactly to my liking as well. Things engraved made sure to send me a draft mock up before engraving the plaque with the company logo and the wording that I choose. Very pleased with the service! I will be using their services again in the future.

I feel the image on a different form of material would be better. It is a bit hard to see. Otherwise I like it.
