The on-line ordering process was excellent. Emails were answered immediately. I was told that my purchase would arrive by Friday, but it arrived on Wednesday - well ahead of schedule! Much appreciated.

The engraving on the plaque was not straight, as well as the placement on the wood, was not straight.

I had an amazing experience with the Things Engraved team. Starting from a chat question, they reached out via email, worked with a custom design I created, and got everything sorted so that I could ship the items to my friends as a wedding gift. I don't come across too many companies that provide this level of customer service these days.

From start to finish, I was assisted promptly and thoroughly. I was in a pickle on the design side and you guyses offered excellent suggestions that fitted my budget. This was my 3rd time to place an order, and always had a great experience!

**Disappointing experience despite a very positive start**

My experience with Things Engraved started out extremely well. I was ordering a retirement gift for an employee and communicated by email with a representative about what I was looking for. They created a beautiful wood/crystal mock-up that I absolutely loved. I paid for the order in full and was expecting it to be shipped.

Eight days later, I was contacted and told that the product I had ordered was actually out of stock. I was offered a few alternatives, none of which I liked as much, but I did my best to find a suitable replacement. I ended up choosing another product that was more expensive and immediately paid the additional cost. I then received a final invoice and was under the impression that everything was ready to ship.

Four days later, I received another email telling me that the replacement product was also out of stock.

At this point, I was running out of time to find a personalized retirement gift elsewhere. The additional options provided were significantly less appealing and, in my opinion, not comparable to the original products I had selected. Unfortunately, because of the time constraints, I felt forced to choose one of the remaining options simply because I needed to have something for the retirement celebration.

The final product arrived, and while I appreciate having something to give, it is not something I would have chosen if I had known my original selection—or even my second selection—was unavailable.

The email communication throughout this process was also disappointing. I tried to find a way to speak with someone by phone but was unable to reach anyone, which made an already frustrating situation more difficult.

I understand that inventory issues can happen, but the biggest concern for me is that products were shown as available online when they were not actually in stock. This resulted in multiple changes, additional costs, delays, and ultimately a product I was not happy with.

**I would strongly encourage Things Engraved to keep their website inventory updated and ensure that products listed as available are actually available for purchase.** Had I known from the beginning what was truly in stock, I could have made an informed decision and avoided the last-minute situation.

I am giving this review because the experience started with such great customer service and a product I genuinely loved. Unfortunately, the inventory issues and communication problems completely changed the experience by the end.

I have placed 3 orders already. 2 of them are bulk orders and hands down the best place I’ve ordered from! From the design to the seamless order process to the constant open communication and availability to communicate at all hours and finally the warehouse staff have been phenomenal. I am hooked now and will be continuing to order from this place. There’s a lot of places like Amazon that does similar things but I love supporting local and love the attention to detail and care Things Engraved puts into their customers. It feels personal and I feel well taken care of. I will be for sure recommending them to everyone and will continue to be a customer. Thank you.

Things engraved adjusted their mock up based on my feedback and quickly produced the plaque I had requested.
It was ready when promised.

It arrived on time and was well packaged and in perfect condition. Trying to buy an engraved item on line is a little more difficult but your team kept going in a kind and professional manner despite my lack of computer skills .....and we ended up with a perfect gift. Thank you.

Helpful customer service, fast response

The team was very mindful and careful. They reached out to share a sample of what I had ordered with the exact engraving for the end product. I paid for express delivery and the item was delivered earlier than expected. Excellent service!

I loved purchasing from Engraved and would 100% recommend! The whole process was extremely smooth, and quick! From selecting which personalized items to purchase, to choosing what’ll be on them, and then getting the mockups by email very shortly after my order! I actually loved most of the original mockups, and asked to change the font of one of them! Within an hour, I received the new mockup with the correct font, and then they started making my order! I received the order within 5 days of placing it - it was super quick!

Came super fast and looks great!
