Paid over £75 for some lights, never stated the items were coming from China, after waiting forever for delivery 1 of the lights doesnt work, kept messaging them, told to email proof over to an email address that doesn't work as the emails kept coming back to me! Had to get a refund through PayPal as company started ignoring my messages, not worth the hassle at all!!

Shop is based in Hong Kong. Incredibly slow postage. One item arrived after a month but my second item still hasn’t arrived 2 months later. Terrible customer service. Barely reply at all and when they do they just offer me a 10% discount code and don’t answer questions or solve problems.

MISLEADING AND IS A CHEAP CHINESE SETUP WITH A FANCY WEBSITE. MISLEAD YOU IN THINKING THEY ARE UK BASED. SEND CONSTANT EMAILS SAYING THERE IS A DELAY. ALL IN FACT THEY ARE DOING IS COVERING THE FACT THE GOODS ARE COMING FROM CHINA.

BEWARE AND DO NOT TRUST

Do not use this company, its clearly a scam. Ordered a desk which arrived from China 3 weeks later. The desk was chipped and damaged. They are not responding to my emails and have my £250. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They took my money but I did not receive two of the three products I purchased. Even the quality of the one I did was poor. Please do not trust these guys - they still have not refunded me (the thought of getting my money back is long gone tbh - can’t be bothered to chase it up anymore because they just don’t reply) - you have been warned.

This company is clearly bogus. None of the telephone numbers are working, neither does the online chat facility. Emails unanswered too. My purchase was clearly bogus from the outset and is a fire risk. Refund T&C’s are flimsy and unprofessionally written. Their Facebook page is just another online shop. No customer reviews, valid contact numbers and the address are bogus too. This company also trades as numerous other business within the same location in Lo don but is actually in China. I have reported them to my bank for recompense and more importantly to the police Action Fraud online reporting. There is also a dedicated ‘who’s scamming you’ Facebook page which features all that I’ve written.
Buyers beware and don’t believe the favourable reviews on Trust Pilot either. I hope Trust Pilot stops them immediately. Have you noticed that people only seem to buy chairs or lamps?! Complete con artists. I hope they’re arrested soon following police notification sent to me.

I have been waiting for three months for a chair that is not arriving. When I contact customer service I hear nothing back for about a week and then a half-hearted apology saying 'your chair is being sent now', but weeks later, still no sign. It is completely ridiculous! Trustpilot is the only way I can vent my frustration!

Purchased a lamp a month ago, I asked for an update on delivery and they said it wasn’t available? So I asked for a refund and heard nothing. I have now emailed 5 times.
COMPLETE SCAM.

I purchased a lamp, using their Klarna payment option. The lamp arrived directly from China and was broken (you can buy the same item at a fraction of the cost I discovered from Ali Express!). I have sent over 20 emails to get a refund and return the product. Had replies from 2 asking me to accept a partial refund! I refused and said the item is unusable so I wanted a full refund. They are now ignoring all emails, UNLESS, I start a new chat ticket - but as soon as I state my case, they ignore me again. REALLY wish I'd read the reviews on this company and shame on KLARNA for dealing with these charlatans. Klarna are refusing to help until the seller has issued the return ticket.

Be careful it’s a scam ! Chinese products of poor quality

I ordered 4 chairs and was assured they will arrive in two weeks but it's been a month and a half and I don't know more about the chairs just know the tracking number tells me they were shipped from China and the package is not still arrived, at this point I would like a refund. I bought from a UK site and the products are from China. Watch out. I contacted customer service which is bad and they tell me it is on its way.
I request a refund or denounce you.

I purchased three things from them, a cable holder and two vases. One vase arrived broken and the other two never arrived. I sent them an email about the situation and got a weird and unprofessional email from them. The two other answers i have gotten from them have been generic and not addressing anything in the previous emails i have sent (the fact that i got 1/3 of the order or the photo of a faulty product). I have requested a refund but they have stopped answering emails. Please spend your money in another place as it might as well be lost for good.

Normally you would have to give 0 points! Chinese letterbox company with letterbox in England (probably to look more serious). Didn't receive a shipment and only by reporting it to PayPal did I get my money back.
So be careful and maybe spend a little more money with a more reputable online dealer.

I was worried a lot when I read all the negative reviews and tried to canceled my order after reading it. The package was on the way already and arrived 3 weeks later. I aspected the worse when I opened it but inside was the chair I ordered and it was well packaged. Everything was in a good condition and after building it, the chair looked exactly as on the website. So happy to have a stylish new office chair.

Ordered a chair in September, after numerous messages asking for an update and then a refund, the refund has just come through. I've reported them on social media sites as I don't believe this is a real company (incidentally when I did comment on an ad about my experience, the refund was swift)

-1 star for claiming to offer local UK shipping when items come from China

-1 star for claiming "5-10 business days shipping" when it took over six weeks

-1 star for sending furniture from China THROUGH THE POST, the box arrived covered in stamps

-1 star for chair arriving damaged

-1 star for refusing to replace the damaged item

-1 star for customer service ignoring emails for weeks on end

I would give negative one stars if I could.

Awful scam company

Do not trust - ordered a chair mid-September that has never arrived and receive sporadic replies from customer service. No sign of my refund yet

Not the best experience. The order took over a month to arrive. Free delivery is a lie, because I ended up receiving a surprising £75 customs charge. Then to add insult to injury, I received the wrong item when it came: A chair with arms instead of without. So now I can't use it as intended. I haven't got the energy to try and sort this out and be without a chair for any longer so I'll just have to stick with it. Please avoid.

They keep on cancelling orders without any explanation. They have the product in stock, but cancel it for no reason at all. When you ask why they dont answer. Keep away

Update. The company have kindly now refunded me for the order

Stay clear. Was promised delivery in 10 working days. I finally received all my other after 38 days and constantly trying to get communications. The lamp came in pieces and no instructions etc and a non uk plug! The laptop tray was not the one I ordered but a cheap imitation with raw edges that I got splinters from. The chair turned up with inadequate packing and box all damaged, again no instructions and not the one I ordered at all. I’m waiting for a refund
