Ordered some Ear phones. Money went out of my account straight away and some sort of confirmation in Chinese. Loads of spam emails from them now in English trying to sell me more things but no tracking or order information. Goods not arrived. Feels very dodgy and potential scam. Issue reported to PayPal for a refund ad I have no way to contact them

This is the worst customer service I have ever received.

I ordered 2 desks and only one arrived (quickly to be fair) and I received an email saying they had run out of stock of the second (despite taking my money for it).

It has now been over 2 months of me sending MULTIPLE emails and also engaging via the 'live chat' feature. No one has been able to resolve the situation and it takes weeks and weeks and multiple emails before I receive a reply.

I am posting this in hope that someone from heir team actually responds to me. I just want my second desk or the original one collected and refunded.

After weeks and weeks of failure to respond this company has been stimulated by reviews on this site to get in touch with a vague promise of delivery (undated) and a meaningless Chinese tracking number - and a plea to 'take down' reports of its abysmal customer service
...and note, still, the company's response doesn't mention delivery failure, non-communication or their attempt to charge for non existent product:

The track17 is also not accurate because the manufacturer is adding the info in there which are not accurate. I want info on my order now and have it delivered!
I have now received info from CS, however I will update this post once I will receive the product. If the quality isn't as shown on the website, I will be disappointed.

First of all the shipping takes ages but that I can live with. I ordered 2 items and only one arrived. Emailed them 3 times initially to get a response days later saying if I wanted the missing item shipped or wanted a refund. I then replied and followed up with 3-4 emails, been waiting over a week to get a response or any information to my order issue to get it resolved. I just feel at this point that this company will never reply to me and just steal my money ! Order #WA10477

Still absolutely nothing back from this company after being promised I would receive a simple invoice by the end of October (how it takes over a week to get an invoice is beyond me)

The only time I got a response was after I wrote a review on here!

Do not buy from this company!

I am now at the end of my tether with with absolute sham of a company I have been waiting weeks for a simple invoice for my purchase, how can you ship furniture all around the world but you can’t email a single invoice for one of your customers, if you do not send me my invoice by the end of today I am going to make it my personal mission to stop people from buying from your company!

This company is just clever marketing. A nice looking website and pictures, made me interested. But there’s zero customer service, try for yourself and send a message. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks.

My chair took 5 weeks to turn up and is a terrible disappointment. Looks much cheaper than the pictures and I need a cushion as doesn’t adjust properly. I’d get my money back, but there’s no one to talk to and the company is based in China. Don’t do it! The good reviews must all be fake.

Item broke on first day, company has ignored me since then.
Item arrived in good time but was very bad quality and broke on the first day of use. Contacted the company who after about 3 emails and using online chat, offered me a refund or replacement. I requested a refund. Since then (a month ago), I have not had a refund or any reply to my emails. No communication from the company at all.

It appears that they sell inferior products and have no concept of customer service at all.

Ordered the high back mesh ergonomic office chair, with substantial discount. Chair arrived less than 2 days after ordering, very well packaged.
Not used it much as yet, but seems good quality product, sturdy metal frame and base. Better than my old IKEA chair.

Fabulous table, which arrived quickly and looks amazing! Will definitely use this company again.

I originally only wanted to order a chair, but when I browsed their website, I found out that they also sell a lot of very cool equipment for working from home. So I ended up ordering a desktop-light and a foot-rest-hammok as well.
The three items were shipped individually, everything with the transport and packaging was fine. The quality and looks of the products I received was just as expected. I can recommend them and would definitely shop again 😀

I think I was fairly lucky that they actually made an effort to respond to my emails. I was waiting 20+ days for my item, they never shipped it. Fortunately I did manage to get my money refunded. I feel terrible for others that haven't been so lucky..
AVOID.

3 weeks+ after ordering all i have is a tracking number that doesnt work and no product, been able to block the payment eventually but very dodgy company. Also they are offering free stuff for 5 star reviews on here so be aware of an influx of fake reviews incoming.

I ordered an item & paid Sept 28th & still no item & no response to any emails, the tracking reference still shows as not in system & no one replying the item was over £300 disgusting

Ordered on 27th September and heard nothing from the company since. I've tried emailing and using the Online Chat function on the website, and have received no responses.
As you can see from all the other 1 star reviews, this company is a scam. All of the positive reviews are poorly written and suspiciously similar - AVOID OR YOU'LL LOSE MONEY.

Does anyone have a return address for this Company. Nothing on their website and no reply to my emails and its getting closer to the 30 day return limit!

So I have had my negative review removed, although it was not offensive or defamatory. I have also noted lots of other negative reviews removed, as theworkalley has flagged them. The company now shows more postive than negative over recent days..... Im not sure why trust pilot has removed so many, it is quite concerning, and seems to skew user experience with this non responsive company. Theworkalley are still not responding to my emails, it has been over a month, I waited a month for my goods to arrive, I still dont have a vat receipt, my goods are damaged, but they have the time to remove the negative presence surrounding them online. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Purchased a monitor light bar from them. Initially I was sceptic and the delivery did take a while, but the company is legit. Overall great product and was happy with my purchase.

The item they sent is Very low quality and they have just blanked my emails since I asked for a refund. Wouldn't recommend.

I reviewed this badly because my goods did not arrive etc., but then the company asked for more details and they actually sent me a full refund, so happy now.
