They have taken 747.00 dollars from me with no product or accountability. I have tried since December 28th to stop the program through emails, text and phone messages with only an automated response which stated they are very busy and basically adjusting to the changes of revamping the program.
I would give them a negative star if there was such a thing.
I have had to cancel my credit card to stop them from getting any more money from me. I am a nurse and the way they treat their clients is pathetic. Do not do business with this company. I agree with the other reviews that are poor.

I am a current patient of this business and I am so disappointed in their lack of customer service. I started with The Weightloss Center in September 2023 after finding the business through an online search. In the beginning, the service was great. I met with a physician over the phone, paid for my medication and it was sent to me rather quickly. However, after this initial experience, service has gone downhill drastically.
When you start, you're told you will have access to a physician and health coach. I have not been prompted in the 4 months I've been on the medication for any appts with a health coach and I have not received any push to meet with the physician again to see how I'm doing. In fact, no one at this company has reached out to me to see how I'm doing. I could have lost zero weight at this point and they would have no idea of my status.
Every refill, I have to call to talk to someone because the refill is delayed. Most recently last month, I was advised they were changing compounding pharmacies due to a semaglutide shortage. When I received my medicine from the new pharmacy, I noticed it did not contain the same ingredients previous orders have. No indication of the medication being made with energy vitamins like in previous orders. I have drastically noticed a difference in my energy level now that this is not being added.
I am in need of a refill now. I have texted and called their "VIP" line multiple times with no response. Today, I tried calling their regular customer service phone number listed on their website and it was disconnected.
I am starting to feel like this company shut down and didn't provide any update to their customers. I've paid for 2 months of medication I have not received... $500 worth!
This is negligent to their customers as a medical provider. Please do not use this business.

This company is a joke!!! I ordered semaglutite on November 14th and even paid extra $100 for overnight shipping. Total I spent was $349. Almost Christmas and I still haven’t received anything. They ghosted me for almost 3 weeks, no response either to my texts or voice mail. Then they sent me an email I will be getting my order and still nothing. I had to dispute the purchase. Please do not give them any money!!!!!!

Well I paid extra money to get my shipment overnight it's still not here I talked to somebody on the phone and they told me that it went to a address that I know I did not put I feel as though that I got $400 taken from me and no meds I'm going to go ahead and cancel after reading the reviews I cannot believe I didn't get my medication and promise that they will be shipped I'm going to give it till Monday but if it's not here I'm cancel my subscription and getting my money back I just want to start my medication as I paid for I just don't understand why company charges so much and doesn't follow through is making me wonder if this is a real site or a scam

I am so happy that I decided to try this program. I have lost 51 lbs and feel so much better! I was skeptical but this really works! Friendly, helpful customer service also makes this program easy to use! Try it! It definitely worked (and continues) to work for me!

The good: easy to get a prescription and they send a good quality product at a good price.
The bad: they'll love bomb you to get you to sign up, then ghost you. It can take a full week of phone calls, emails, and text messages to get any response. They don't automatically send refills and it can take two weeks to get a response then get the medication. Questions? Don't expect an answer or support. Out of meds? Too bad and don't expect any communication.

The Weight Loss Center is far above other clinics. They coach you through troubled areas. I finally don't think about food all the time.

Ashley is an enthusiastic coach and is also detailed oriented. I just completed my 16-week program and have lost 25 pounds. I have had/was diagnosed with Hasimotos, and it is difficult for me to lose weight. I did have to wait 2 weeks for my last 8 weeks dose, but it didn't impede my progress at all. This program works great and I'm glad I'm doing it. Never give up.

I have to say that Ashley, Oscar and the crew here are so ABOVE what has become the “norm” today, in terms of customer service and concern for each persons needs and well being! There is hardly a place we go anymore that customer service is at the forefront- but you can be assured that throughout your journey, you’ll receive such incredible care. If you aren’t sure, just give them a try! I was not sure when I began and I can honestly say that this has been one of the best surprises in a very long time! They are honest, compassionate and communicative ( be patient it may take a little time because we aren’t their only patients - but they do get back!!!) I love this place and am thankful I found them and gave it a try!! They are changing my life

I've had nothing but a phenomenal experiece with The Weight Loss Center. I've been using Semaglutide for approximately 11 weeks and I'm already down 23 pounds. I'm losing around 2 pounds a week which is very reasonable and sustainable. I'm halfway to my overal goal of close to 50 lbs. The once a week injections of Semaglutide could not be any easier. The delivery of Semaglutide is timely and efficient.

I have to give a shout out of appreciation to my health coach, Ashley, who is incredibly helpful and responsive. She's become my biggest cheerleader on this journey.

I've had nothing but a positive experience. The medication has worked flawlessly and I'm being supported in an appropriate manner. I give The Weight Loss Center an A+ and highly recommend them.

I started my experience with the weight loss center for a few reasons. Obviously, I needed to loss weight that I had gained over the last few years of having major health issues and not being physically able to exercise, I was frustrated and aggravated with myself then I was diagnosed with a heart condition which put me over the edge.
I knew I just had to find something to help me. Not a " magic " pill, something real that would help me loss and would do so in a healthy manner and be sustainable.
I decided to try the program. Yes, I was skeptical at first, however during the first week I lost 4 lbs.
Now keep in mind I was a vegan who ate seafood and drank an occasional tequila.
I switched my eating to stricted plant based eating. No cheating, None. No I'm not depriving myself in any. I drink plenty of water, often adding lemon.
I began to notice the lbs coming off as I was steadily losing at least 2lbs per week.
Now that I am at my thirteenth week, I have been able to increase my mobility around the house ( I do exercises) while watching TV and while laying in bed because it's burning calories. I have gone to doctors appointment and shown improvement with some of my conditions.
My recent blood work shows amazing results. My cholesterol is down, my glucose is great, everything else is better than it has been in a very long time plus I have lost 20lbs. Yes, 20lbs. People are noticing it also. I feel wonderful. My journey is not finished yet, but I wanted to share and encourage other people who are seriously wanting to lose weight to try this program. I no longer get blotted when I eat, I don't suffer with constipation.
The staff has been accommodating and professional. Honestly, in the beginning of my program I would get impatient waiting on someone to respond to my email, text or voice message, but I didn't stop to consider how many other clients they were handling. I was just frustrated with my situation and anxious about getting started and making sure everything went smoothly. Funny girl I was, as if they didn't already have it all figured out. 🤣 No worries because they were still nice and patient with me and most importantly they are understanding 😊.
I truly can't express how thrilled I am with this program. Hopefully within the next three months I will reach my total goal.
I hope my testimony will encourage someone to speak with the weight loss center and get help, it will truly change your life.

This is a total scam. I paid for my meds and never got them. Kept telling me management would get back with me. Do not use this company..

Horrible customer service, Doesn’t follow through and charged me after canceling. Find another company for service!!

They charged me twice and never sent me a single thing. Kept telling me it would be 3-5 more work days for processing. After a month of waiting they charged me again. Phone numbers don't work and no one will chat back on website 100% scam

The prescription arrived less than a week after purchasing. I took my first shot when I received it. The next day I am not hungry. I feel full. I can’t wait to see how weight loss works.

Wow, what an amazing and friendly service. From the moment i signed up the coaches and doctors have been super supportive of my weight loss journey. Thank god i found this company. I've lost over 35lbs :)
