This is a scam. They take your money and then don’t deliver the product. Even when you cancel, they keep charging you. Plus you can reach anyone via phone, email, or text.

It looks like they are doing it again in 2024.

A nightmare . . . got a four week dose that did nothing and no way to get in touch with them find out they closed temporarily until the end of September but its October 6th and nothing.

Affirm won’t refund my money. . . Is the legal?

Omg this is my second time of no refund please wait get 1 dose they close and publically announce the exact same thing close due to loss of someone in charge take your money and run. I waited 4 months with promise to fullfila program.. same result no coaching I vial of meds none of othe stuff I paid for then poof. .. do not buy into this I been dealing with them a year this past August and have got nothing done and affirm will not refund you if you if they just say they shipped it SCAM SCAM

This company is a scam! I told them what dose I had currently been taking, told me they could start me at that dose, agreed to the 6 months, and actually gained weight. The medication doesn't work, and this is not an accredited pharmacy! Do not use! Now I'm fighting to get my money back. They do not stick to their "6 month guarantee" either! Now the company is closed!

I can not get in touch with them after signing up.

The product was great and the results are real.
But customer service wasn't so great towards the end

I feel like a complete idiot that I trusted this company to do what they said they were going to do. I got my first two delivers and now dead silence. No one will contact me. I will be reaching out to find a way to get my money back!!

You cannot get a refill once you run out. It’s impossible to reach a human! The stuff works wonder but that’s if you can get any.

My experience was quick enough that I had a good chance to get my results back fast . Pleased with the results.

Horrible. They won’t answer the phone, won’t address e-mails, took my money and NO PRODUCT!

Company had all kinds of communication at first, until they got your money then nothing.
Will not answer text, emails or phone calls for 2 months

I have paid for an order, haven't received it and can't get anyone to answer my call, respond to my text without using the auto responding feature or reply to my email. Is this a fraudulent organization that has stolen my money therefore leading me to launch a federal investigation into your company?

I haven’t heard from anyone since July 1st.

Charged my card and never received my meds!

No one ever contacted me. Had no help. Lost no weight. Cost me 2100.00 and got nothing!

The product works, I received my first month. Hoping I will get the next shipment before too long.
Can not reach anyone, I have tried it all phone, email ….. no answer!
Disappointed customer service!!!
I can’t even long on to my account!!!
