The Way We Live London Anmeldelser

I changed my mind on which sink I wanted after I placed my order, and Sarah worked with me to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and that it arrived in one piece overseas. Beautiful customer service and amazing product.

Thank you. My basin is stunning, beautiful quality, exactly what I hoped for from the pictures and description. The service was excellent and Sarah’s responsiveness to email queries was prompt and helpful. Would definitely buy from The Way We Live again.

Amazing company with a lovely owner - very much personal service and wonderful advice given for a novice! Highly recommend!

A fantastic company to work with. Excellent communication throughout, exceptional product quality, went the extra mile to ensure we had a ‘sink on loan’ until the one we order was ready for delivery. Genuinely surpassed all expectations.

Fantastic product and fantastic customer service. I have a design studio and love the quality and design of the basins for my clients. They never fail to impress.

We ordered the beautiful 'Sienna' basin to use as part of a bespoke bathroom cabinet that we are building in our new bathroom.

The basin is really pretty and such good quality. And to add to this, Sarah from The Way We Live London has taken the time to be in touch from the beginning of the order process until after delivery. A personal touch that is much appreciated.

We would highly recommend The Way We Live London to others and will certainly have a look there should we require another pretty basin in the future!

Excellent service and the product is amazing.

Order number 1224 - thank you so much Sarah and team from The Way We Live London for my showstopper sink! It's absolutely amazing, so colourful, and great quality!
I have recently renovated my bathroom and wanted a pop of colour to complete the new room decor and this sink has really finished off the room. I ordered the Gracie basin and the bright blue/tropical print is wonderful.
Highly recommend and everyone has commented on my sink - it's one of a kind!

Could not be happier. Fast and super friendly service and the basin (Wren) is just fabulous. I can't believe how amazing it looks. I know you can get a nice white basin for £50 but honestly this is worth the extra for all the joy it sparks every time I look at it!! Great quality. It was in a delay and I was very well informed about the delivery timescale. Perfect.

We ordered the Mahri basin it arrived beautifully packaged and was everything we hoped for.
The finish and quality is stunning, the service and follow up from Sarah is second to none. I can happily recommend dealing with The Way We Live London
for those extra special items that make a home.

We have had a very positive first experience with The Way We Live London.
The customer service was excellent.
Our first purchase, a basin, was not quite what we were looking for, so we returned it, a very simple process all arranged by the retailer, and we purchased another, which is stunning.
Communication was simple to carry out and Sarah was very pleasant and friendly.
Thank you! It makes a big difference to be able to speak to someone in person and have such great service.

Lovey basin arrived as planned .Adore it!

We have recently fitted the Wren basin in our new bathroom and it looks incredible, the perfect finishing touch to our long awaited dream bathroom.
The service provided from Sarah was exceptional from start to finish, with phone calls and emails supporting us with the order, delivery and after care. The basin was beautifully packaged and we even received care instructions for cleaning the basin.
It's been a pleasure dealing with such a professional company, who really do care about their products and the customer journey.

The sink is even better than promised - I love it and the company have been a pleasure to deal with. I would fully recommend.

Beautifully unique basin, so much so we will be matching our tiles and colour scheme to compliment it!

Service from Sarah was exceptional, received a personal email to arrange next day delivery and basin was very well packaged, wish more businesses were like this!

Fantastic service!
I had contact from the company by phone and email within a day or two of ordering to confirm a day that would be good for me for delivery, that was great service.
The basin is beautiful.

Basin arrived on the day stated on invoice.
Beautiful basin looks lovely in my new bathroom.

I am absolutely in love with my basin. So beautiful and unusual. It will be such a statement piece for our new bathroom.

As shown on the website. Would be useful if they sold taps and items to go with the basins, but lovely nonetheless.
