I got contact from the tema and told me I was gonna get a replacement kit but never heard from them again or a tracking number

Its a scam :) low guality film which is not even cut to spec. Avoid wasting ton of money on this scam. There are more reputable companies out there. Wish i could get my money back or at least something… completely useless

Some stickers didn't stick properly. I asked for advise by sending an email but no one bothered to get back to me. Disappointed with yhe product and service after paying that much money.

Product came very quickly although not quite in a fancy display box as advertised. The outer box is the actual box! As a product I am impressed with the protection it gives to the watch, but don’t believe 30mins fitting time if you go for tier 3 which includes bracelet, case and clasp. Takes about 2.5 hours to do it properly and you’ll still probably have a couple of bits with dust under the film. I also recommend going for another full set for the discounted rate if offered, I would have redone one bit on the clasp again if I had bought a spare set. Ultimately so far it does what it says in terms of watch protection, no scrapes or scratches that ruin the look of the clasp or bracelet. How long it lasts will be the real test as only used for about a month. Would have given it 5 stars but it is very fiddly to get it correct. Imagine fitting 40 screen protectors to iPhones flawlessly and you can imagine the experience.

This was a horrific experience. I got my first Rolex recently and wanted to protect it, so I bought watch protect co. Things that were terrible:

1. They didn’t even include the spray that the instructions require to clean the watch (it’s apparently separate)
2. There’s nothing about how easy it is to remove the film after the fact (I didn’t feel comfortable risking $10K)
3. It’s not easy to put on and they give you no extra pieces so you have one shot to get it right or you waste $100
4. I asked for a return and they charge you $30 to do so, I then delayed the return for a month bc we just had our first child and they said sorry we can’t accept the return

This liquid is very expensive and all it does is ruin the look of the watch. I bought this "expensive" coating as I'd just treated myself to a new Rolex so I didn't mind the expense. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it doesn't protect the watch properly and more importantly you can't get it off once applied! I don't understand how a firm can be allowed to sell a product like this, which in effect damages the look of the watch and you can't remove it. They say try using alcohol, I've sat there for hours rubbing the watch with this, but nothing happens, except tired fingers and frustration! So be warned, if you buy this and want to remove it, you won't be able to

I need to pay 25€ of customs (on top purchase price) and installation is not easy and doesn’t fit perfectly…

Didn’t look good on so removed lots of black residue on from the packaging .really expensive

Product purchased for the clasp of GMT ii as this is my main area of wear on other watches, kit came complete with everything I needed and although fiddly due to size was easy enough to apply per the instructions. Once dry you wouldnt be able to tell the kit was on there and hopefully it lasts well.

One sticker did lift (probably user error) and a replacement was sent out quickly, thank you!

The overall quality of the protector is good, but the kit has notable shortcomings. It does not include protection for the back of the watch or a sticker for the sapphire. Additionally, there are no backup sticker sheets in case of mishandling.

The adhesive solution provided is insufficient for two sticker sheets, and the instructions reference a foam cleanser that is not included. The metal tweezers can potentially scratch the watch if not handled carefully.

Previously, I used a kit from another company that included multiple supplies, such as extra stickers and ample cleaning solution. I prefer not to mention the name as it is a direct competitor. The absence of the foam cleanser, despite being mentioned in the instructions, was particularly inconvenient. While the sticker quality merits 4 stars, the overall kit is overpriced for its contents. I was left disappointed and will opt for the other company in the future.

Some areas look fantastic, but the harder spots really let the overall aesthetic down. And I have a couple of pieces that are slightly too big around the lugs. Again just makes for a messy finish - defeating the object of the product.

I thought to give it a go, but for the price I won’t be buying for my other watches. Way too expensive considering there are no spare pieces incase one makes a mistake, and the coverage does not appear to be as complete as other brands offering these kits. Ie bezel, crystal, date window, etc.

If they were more cost effective, and had a couple of spare bits (like the competition offer) for the tougher to apply areas, I think it’d be worth it.

So I’ve come to trustpilot to see the other reviews and see if it was just myself who was experiencing Issues with the liquid ceramic product. Turns out it’s not just myself and it’s true when the other guy in the other review was saying that he asked the company what can be used to remove the coating and they replied with the alcohol solution and it is true it doesn’t remove it from the watch, so yeah, looks like I have to pay for a polish which is going to be like £500 for that and a service £250 at my local jewellers. So for anyone wanting to know the reason I’m looking to remove the Ceramic coating is because it leaves streaky Marks and It in someway dampens the shine/clarity of the original fresh out the box look. My watch is one year old and to be honest I’ve actually ruined it. I wish I never bothered with this product. I’m actually gutted. Jack Louis @jacklouis.hair

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Difficult to fit, shapes not correct, doesn’t last 5 minutes and customer service is non existent until you raise a credit card charge back!

Honestly, don’t waste your money on this product, I purchased 2 kits for different watches and they are both rubbish

The product looks great when you first apply it. I purchased the product so I can daily my Rolex without worrying. However, after wearing it for just over a week corners of most of the film started to lift. This then promoted fluff and bits of dirt to stick to the edges of the film. For the cost of the whole watch protect film at £100 its not worth it in my opinion. £100 down the drain 😪

Edit: After leaving my review, Chloe from WPC contacted me and has agreed to send me a new kit for my watch FOC. I found their customer service to be very good. With this in mind I have raised the rating to 3 stars. If the new protection film holds up as one would expect I will come back and update the review to 5 stars.

Order & paid for express shipping, to find out that half my order was missing! So had to wait a further 3 days to receive my complete order.
Regarding the application, jewellers wouldn’t recommend ordering this kit again.
