I would not recommend this online store to any customer. If your watch does not work post the 30 day exchange policy you have no recourse as a customer. I paid $293 for a Emporium watch it stopped working after the 30 day exchange policy no exchange. Stay away.

I brought my partner a Diesel watch in December for his birthday. The watch said waterproof. He forgot to take it off in one shower and it got wet inside. We have e mailed the company, they said it shouldnt be worn in the shower, we said, the watch is sold as WATERPROOF not water resistant. They have refused to fix it for us even though it is our consumer rights to have it fixed. Do not buy from them, they are very unhelpful and we will be taking this further. The stock are rip offs from Dubai

Great service and communication. Both watches that we ordered are as per the photo. Unfortunately one of the ones that came from overseas, the battery was dead and I had to replace it before using.

Very bad experience with this watch and customer service.

I bought this watch online, but the battery was not working from the start. I contacted them and they told me to replace the battery and send the receipt, promising they would reimburse the cost.

I did everything they asked — replaced the battery, sent the receipt, and even followed up with multiple emails. But after that, they completely ignored me and did not pay anything back.

This is very unprofessional and disappointing. I wasted my money and time. Honestly, I could have bought a cheaper and better watch from a local shop.

Eli was absolutely helpful and prompt to provide the updates on delivery of our watch.
Due to ongoing conditions over the world, our order was not delivered. We didn’t only get an update but the issue was resolved rather within minutes all was in place, refund processed and stress free before my travel day.
My concern was order not to be delivered when I am away from home and absolutely satisfied with customer service, can say deliveries are safe and customers are prioritised

They say it was 1-4days shipping.
but when i track my order is still in Dubai. I thought they have stock in NZ. Then how’s the situation in Middle east is worst how long it will take to arrive my order?

The Watches Men NZ- Fast delivery to Australia and great communication on delivery status via email. I ordered the watch on the 18th February and received the watch on the 23rd February.
