I have been going to the Rotorua warehouse ever since it was opened almost every day . I have a garmit watch and it's mile from home
And I want to walk 1 mile a day . I am very honest . I went in today a man saw me and took a photo of me and said I am not sure about him . In the past the staff have annoyed me and I have always complained I am now 70 years old

Love that food is sold here now. Please keeping adding to the inventory! The prices are fair and some are even cheaper than the supermarket 😊 I notice at times stock seems to go fast but I think it's because the prices are so good everyone is rushing to take advantage of them 😂😂 Thanks The Warehouse I will keep coming back in store for those bargains 😊

i have ordered from the warehouse many of times for click and collect. all these times i search far and wide for products that are in STOCK at certain shops. this being said the previous times i have ordered for click and collect bare in mind these state SAME DAY COLLECTION OR COLLECTION TODAY FROM 6PM i have not been met with this service. its an ongoing issue. i understand workers and staff are short. things are out of stock. it is not hard to declare these things online to prevent what is happening to me, to others aswel:))

I bought an item which was poorly designed and very difficult to construct from a flat pack. I tried to write a review on this item but the Warehouse web page would not allow it although the "Write a Review" was on the page and was displaying a hand when a cursor went over it.
By email I complained to the Warehouse and asked for the review to be allowed but I had no reply. I wrote to them again but still no reply.
This item is still for sale at approx $250 and should not be there without proper warnings.
I went to the site of the stockists and found several negative reviews on this item all of which (they said) were taken from the Warehouse reviews.

At approximately 2:30pm Monday the 6th of February 2023, I was walking towards the trolly area (still outside the building a fair distance from the entrance) while getting a trolley i was told by a security guard who was grabbing some trolleys at the same place I was to take down my hoodie. I was like, it's okay I understand they are just doing they're job. I took down my hoodie then walked into the actual building and straight in front of me, walking through the shop, in plain sight, there was someone with a full hoodie still on and mask. Almost completely covering their entire face. Then I realized I got racially profiled (I am African). I tried asking the security guard about the person in the building with the hoodie/mask on. They just ignored my question and proceed to tell me it's their policy. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this warehouse. I am not the type of person to make a big deal out of anything but I had to write this.

Great customer service when I brought item, that clearly says table and chairs out door set. Unfortunately the box only has a table, not the 2 chairs stated on the box, which is disappointing. As I had got rid of receipt ages ago as I always trusted in the warehouse items. And I had put it away until my old one got too rusty too throw away. Next time I'll be opening stuff faster, but I can't even trust in getting anything as a gift set for anyone, due to item may not have everything in it. Outdoor Tahiti Bistro Set. Not a happy customer.

Ordered via click and collect and it took over a month to arrive. When I phoned up after 3 weeks they said they hadn’t sent it yet. Also, do not buy gift cards as you can’t use them on their website.

Bought a Fitbit Ace3 for Xmas for my daughter. As is normal with this watch (from previous experiences) the strap ripped. Went in to get strap replaced as is under 1yr warranty. Unfortunately Warehouse policy is the strap is not covered by the warranty only the face and main body. Also rang head office about it and said same thing.
Stopped off on way home at both Noel Leeming (got my sons watch from here and same tear happened 3 times in a year and they replaced each time) and Harvey Norman. They said they would replace if bought from there. Harvey Norman's even gave my daughter an old watch ace2 strap (might not fit perfectly but made her very happy).

Click and collect service is useless...
Made a click and collect order via the Warehouse app on 28/12/2022. It is now exactly one week later 4/01/2023. No communication from the Warehouse whatsoever. Went into my local store to check if they had stock they didn't even though they did when I made my order...asked where my order was multiple times each time I was told I'd be emailed or texted when my order is ready to pick up. Absolutely shocking service staff don't even know what they're doing. Quick to take your money but not to give you your product...

Ordered weights, did click and collect, only to find that one piece was missing and another was damaged, I called them, and I get someone who is blaise, has no empathy, and is difficult to talk to, I try and get them to send the missing piece out to me, they can't do it, they order another set of weights, after a week, I get an email saying they can't do that either, and that their going to refund me, and give me some shoddy coupon. Bad customer service and treatment of their customers, This is the only place that hasn't dealt with their customers in a nice way. 1 star.

I bought a 50inch JVC smart tv last year for Christmas. It developed horizontal lines just inside of warranty period which was lucky. I had to wait a few weeks but the tv was happily refunded/exchanged. I went with an equally valued veon brand but it wouldn't HDMI handshake with my ps4, so I took it back and it was happily exchanged/upgraded for a Sony Bravia.
Overall, after waiting a few weeks and after a bit of a run around, I was stoked as with the outcome.
Great customer service.

I have been buying some items from The Warehouse and I'm very happy with my products. Items I purchased are 32inch VEON tv, everis laptop, VEON bluetooth mini party speaker and a HDMI mini cable. All working well and doing the job I brought them for.

Warehouse mobile and their website are just great!
Customer service at their stores varies from very good to rather useless.
Yet, twice the same person has calculated the price I needed to pay wrongly. When corrected by me she reacted rather arrogantly.

Absolutely dislike the new layout of the stores. Cannot find what I am looking for. I become frustrated and angry and just want to walk out. The clothing items are so dreary in colour also. Just looks like a 2 dollar shop now.....very disappointing. Will be visiting K Mart more often now. Much better layout and colours galore!! What is going on Warehouse??

Went to buy some items on the marketplace specials today. The app wouldn't sign me in, so i went to reset the password. It sent me an email to reset password. Clicked the link, which sent me to the app where there is no place to enter in the new password and confirm it. It just sent me back to my email. I did this 6 times with the staff and got so frustrated I just left the items and will not be shopping in the warehouse again if it's that difficult. What a waste of my time! So much for everyday low prices. Goodbye.

poor website management, having items mixed in as small groups so i had to use GOOGLE to find the picture of an item and link to what set warehouse lists it under just to do a price check

stores also shuffle everything between them so even if you find the item name, stores cant tell you who has any one part of a group listing

and poor business management from the top shutting down warehouse stationary so theres only a tiny limited range of stationary in warehouse stores basically saying go shop at competitors

Purchased a Powerplay ps4 dual charger, luckily i was home when i smelt a strong chemical burning smell emulating from the charger… it destroyer the ps4 controller and would’ve taken our whole house with it if I hadn’t been there to unplug it.
The Warehouse have had it for “testing” for 2 weeks but no response to emails asking for results and they are still selling the item instore. I can’t post a review on their website to warn people as they just delete it.

I did a review with regards to a product I received and it was broken, I was contacted by Brad-Customer Care person who did a fantastic job to sort it out, also received a voucher and replacement of the product. I am very very happy. Thank you Brad and the team at The Warehouse.
