Had a bath to shower install done after finding it really difficult to step in and out of the bath due to mobility issues. Fitter was friendly and tidied as he worked. Completed in 2 days. This has completely transformed my bathroom into a clean, modern space and is so much easier and safer to use. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about it to speak to the Walk in Shower Co.

They were very easy to communicate with from the beginning and very helpful. Yes paid half up front and why not? I trusted them all the way! They were in constant contact. The fitters worked above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company. The finished product is beautiful and I’m over the moon with it!!!

Very pleased with our bathrooms. Good quality installation. Always very helpful and answered any questions we had quickly. The fitter Mihai, was excellent. Very hard working with a good eye for detail, he always checked in with us to make sure we were happy as he proceeded.

We contacted The Walk in Shower Co after our daughter had an accident. She suffered a catastrophic injury and could no longer access the bath safely. Linda came out to see us about a bathroom change to a walking shower. She was sympathetic and offered a range of showers and flooring. Linda stayed in touch with ourselves and our daughter through the process, making sure everything went to plan. The replacement took two days to complete. This was done by Ayup, a contractor, who also stayed in touch with updates until the work was completed.
I would highly recommend this company. My daughter is over the moon with her new shower room and floor. It has made that part of her life so much easier.

My experience is as follows
Very easy to contact the company and a arrange a visit for a quote a date was then set for the installation 50% deposit paid at that time
On the arranged date the fitter arrived on time and put a full days work making sure everything was clean and tidy before he left
The following day he arrived on time again and quickly got to work he also asked if he was nearly finished could he stay a while longer to get it finished which I was happy with , the fitting was completed that day
After the 24hr period on the sealer to go off I tried the shower and had a problem trying to regulate the temperature either cold or very hot , I phoned the company for advice and was told he would get the fitter to call me this didn’t happen
The following day I phoned the fitter myself and to his credit he came straight round to see what the problem was , on investigation he informed me the hot and cold pipes had been mixed up which would mean the shower tray etc would need to come out to effect repair
I suggested how about not removing the shower tray could he break through the kitchen ceiling to reach the pipes as the ceiling was already damaged due to a water leak , this would not be a problem as the fitter had a friend who would come round the following Wednesday to repair the ceiling a much better result for everyone I thought.
I tried to contact the plastering man left voice mails but nothing was returned , I contacted the shower fitter again who said he chase it up I’ve heard nothing since
The ceiling repair has now been sorted by myself at an extra expense that I wasn’t expecting
All in all I’m very happy with the shower cubicle just an unfortunate ending which spoiled the experience
Finally for me I would have liked a follow up phone call from the company to see if everything was resolved to my satisfaction, which has never happened

I was wary, paying half up front, but professional from the start with instant proven receipts.
They delivered goods and started work exactly on time, and Tom the fitter did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous and left the bathroom spotless when finished. All done in one day.

The walking shower company was honest. Reliable, easy to talk to.
And the installer was a professional and knew what he would be doing the job what they were doing was a very top class finish.

Trouble free experience, true to their word, the walk,in shower co delivered the new shower room they had promised. Their fitter Mehai was excellent, knowledgeable, skilled and very hardworking and super clean and tidy. I would have no trouble in recommending them.

I was so glad that The walk in shower co was recommended to me. From the initial contact with Linda who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the fitter who did a great job and had the most impressive work ethnic, I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’d had 3 quotes before the walk in bathroom company and from the quote to the installation I can honestly say what a great team of people everything happened when it should and very high standards and good quality materials all fitted to my requests 100% recommend this company for price and professionalism this has made such a huge difference for my wife’s care thank you so much

Rob the fitter was a lovely guy. I actually enjoyed having him around, I'm not very mobile and he was wonderful company and went out of his way to sort my bathroom to what I needed.
Tell him happy birthday tomorrow, I got him a card, that's the first time I've done that for a workman.
Great quality finishes and materials, small little issue tackled and resolved without worry.

I would use the fitter (Justin)in a heartbeat, worked too a high stadard nothing too much trouble for him. I wouldnt use the company again -
Didnt take rubbish away as agreed.
Tried charging twice for douche
Chased for payment sat/sun
Drip fed materials, even though got a garage for storage
Wrong materials sent

I have been waiting since April for a response regarding my issue with the hot water since my new bathroom was installed still no response by the fitter who said he would come out and have a look and called and WhatsApp the company again but still no call back. Very disappointed now with the after care service.

From the helpful office staff arranging a home visit with samples and measurements, to the hardworking fitters who transformed my old bathroom into a stylish modern space, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team worked tirelessly and always cleaned up after themselves. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend this company.

We have just had our walk in shower completed today and we're so thrilled with the work. This was a no hassle job.
Our fitter, was Joel and was a pleasure to have him in our home, arrived early, got straight to the work, carpets protected, never intrusive and even vacuumed the staircase when he had finished. All in all, very professional 💯

This bathroom makeover was done for my parents who were absolutely thrilled with the result, apologies to our fitter who would have random hugs from my mum when she realised she would be having some of her independence back. A safe clean lovely environment for them now. Would definitely recommend
