Ok where do I start, Darren arrived, very easy going and definitely knows his job. His pitch was amazing and made us think about all the products that would be used. Most importantly he put the customer at ease, also it was what was good for me (Arthritis) and put me first, and how safe he would make the shower by having all the right equipment and put out all the pitfalls of products to look out for that could be a hazard. Thank you Daren.

Owing to severe back problems I was…
Owing to severe back problems I was unable to get in our bath.I had seen many adverts for bathing solutions on tv and in magazines and the Assistive Bathing walk in bath looked the best.
Measurements were taken, plans drawn up, verified
& dates given for installation. Old bath & other waste material taken out of bathroom and new bath fitted.
Demonstration given. All waste material taken away.

INSTALLATION OF WALK-IN SHOWER
From the time we first enquired about having a walk-in shower installed in my bathroom, we received great dealings from Lauren, Eddie, Rachel,Sharon and the brilliant installation engineer David, who was on time every day and was able to overcome all the problems the house caused. I couldn't fault him in any way, just superb.

Bathroom Upgrade
An extremely fast response to my initial enquiry followed up by a home visit to qualify our requirements and assess the room requiring change.
The visiting consultant arrived fully prepared and there was no doubt she knew all there was to know about the companies product. All our concerns addressed to our satisfaction.

The fitter, George was brilliant at updating me about progress each day and problem solving when floors and walls were not plumbing. The finish is fantastic and I'm so pleased with the whole process. The office kept in touch regularly.

The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent. The initial visit by Hannat to scope the work to be carried out and the follow up viisit by the surveyor Doug were done very soon after my initial enquiry. Both Hannat and Doug were helpful and informative. The actual installation of the walk in shower was carried out by Steve who did a great job. The customer service provided by Sharon was good from start to finish.

Great looking bathroom
The project was easy from start to finish and from designing to the survey being done.
We had Olly the fitter do the work and he was very professional and hard working, always checked with us being doing anything. He was very tidy and cleaned up after himself at the end of each day. Highly recommended and great work ethic.
We had Rachel from assistive bathing helping on the end of the phone if we had any queries etc.

Reluctant customer
Wasn't the best start the sales person omitted to account for all walls and flooring to be panelled which of course raised the cost. Steven the surveyor sorted it out and suggested options we didn't think off. Clear drawn plan and verbal description given. Numerous phone calls to and from Sharon and Franki both very patient with a frustrated carer. Alex couldn't have been a better person to deal with the customer who for many years has been reluctant to have anyone in her home far less refurbish. He explained every step and when needed involved her .Was very clean and tidy very pleasant . If Elsie had a cupboard Alex would be locked in it.

Fab Job Guys
Very positive from start to finish. Instead of the expected "I can't do because" claptrap you nearly always get when a fitter turns up having never seen the job, Warren just cracked on and sorted the bathroom from the minute he walked into the house. Never needed to think of anything as he sorted himself and offered excellent advice. I wish there was a cuddly toy version of him I could give the grandchildren. Top Marks!

New Bathroom or easy access
I have in the past had bathroom upgrades but the attention to detail given by Assistive Bathing has far excelled any previous work
From quotation to fitting liaison was outstanding by members of the staff and even to collecting of the waste today all clear now and ready to go
