The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company Anmeldelser

I was so pleased to find loose peppermint tea and a great infuser. Very happy with the price and speedy delivery. I highly recommend them and I will buy from them again 10/10

I’ve been ordering tea from this company for several years, and I’m consistently impressed. The quality is always excellent—the tea is rich, aromatic, and full of flavor. Delivery is also fast and reliable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great assortment and quality but a bit too expensive

Delivery of my order came within 4 days of the order. The tea is good quality.

I bought lemon balm loose tea. It arrived on time, well packaged in 100% recyclable packaging. It was a good colour and smelt fresh. My only mistake was ordering too much having forgotten how light loose tea is!

Great choice of teas. Swift delivery. I haven't tried all of them yet but the Mao Feng and the Sikkim are wonderful. I like to make my own tea bags with loose tea, so this new find for me is going to draw me in again. Thank you.

Fast service and fantastic teas. Five star teas and a five star company all the way.

I've often ordered from this retailer and delivery and contents are fine. Recently there was an error made in the quantity received. The retailer quickly rectified this by sending me the necessary adjustment tea free of charge, without requesting any returns, as complementary for the original error

Lovely tasting teas. Easy to order. Reliable delivery via Royal Mail.

Wonderful efficient service, fabulous selection of unusual teas.
I am very happy with the teas I have ordered , teas are like a fine wine for me.
Thats why I love ordering from the UK loose leaf tea company

I ordered two types of teas, one of which I had as a sample (decaff dargeling )which was a nice amount to be able to try and see if you wanted to buy again or not to the acquired taste. I have found out this way that the sample is even better than the earl grey breakfast which I originally thought we would favour. But still very good , it's just our preference to taste. I wish I'd have brought a sample in the earl grey now also, instead of the large amount but I'm still really happy with tea the packaging and delivery. Plus I had an issue with my address being wrong when I ordered, the auto address fill in box came up twitch the wrong part of the address which I didn't realize till later when my confirmation email came. It said to make sure the address was correct and to contact them if so, which I did via email first then I saw there was a telephone number and I phoned. A lovely gentleman answered the phone and he was so polite and helpful he reassured me that he had received the email and had corrected the mistake. He was so friendly and put my mind at ease. Thank you. I would definitely recommend and will also be purchasing again.

Always such prompt delivery and the choice of tea is wonderful.

The range and quality of the teas is very good. It has encouraged me to explore a range of different teas and decide on my favourites. Ordering is very easy. The delivery is always prompt and well packed in recyclable packaging. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely fresh herbal tea wrapped well and received in perfect condition. Love the information sticker and guidance leaflet. Thank you

Lovely tea will be ordering again

Wonderful flavorful tea!
Good service, good to be able to buy smaller amounts to try, and then in bulk once you've found a tea you like.
Prompt delivery, recommended

I don’t like the tea being sent in a paper bag! There’s a reason tea is usually transported in air tight containers. There’s no degree of keeping the leaves fresh. It is a cheap alternative for yourselves…

Good range of quality teas, reasonable prices, rapid delivery. Can particularly recommend the Builder's Tea.

The tea tastes
lovely

All I ordered was a strainer up, but their customer service was excellent, the cup beautiful and delivery was quick - I will be ordering some of their wonderful teas too!
