The UK Loose Leaf Tea Company Anmeldelser

Ordered 4 tea caddies. Arrived within 24 hours. As described in listening. Perfect order. Perfect delivery. Very happy. Thank you.

Beautiful packaged. Excellent service. Thank you. I am enjoying one of the teas I ordered , looking forward to trying others. Highly recommend.

Teas great. Helpful and responsive service. Id recommend buying tea from LLTC

Fabulous teas supplied by this company. Quick delivery and quality product. Definitely recommend these teas especially the Ginger root, which is delicious ❤️

The website is well designed and the range of teas and mixes is wide. Our teas arrived quickly following our order, well packed. The teas themselves have good flavour. Will use again

Order arrived well packaged with brewing information.
As a newbie to loose leaf I ordered sample of Assam Bari (nice) and Earl Grey special (bit disappointing) could barely taste the bergamot - the Twining Earl Grey tea bags were better.
I will be trying other teas from here though.

The quality of the teas is superb, a good clean freshness and taste guaranteed. Honestly this is how tea should be.
The ordering and delivery is fast and efficient, I am a returning customer for a wee while now and the service works perfectly.

Good quality of tea! It was important to get organic root tea. Very easy to order, quick delivery

Wonderful (and I've tried many) Darjeeling tea!

(And, quite amazingly, it's from Wales. Diolch.)

I could not taste any vanilla in my tea and felt cheated. Also I think that the tea could have been packaged in airtight heat sealed packets.

Love the Dragon Well tea - clean and fresh taste. Love the eco packaging and it came quickly too. Would recommend!

I ordered a free sample of green tea and was very impressed with the packaging and the amount of tea, I will be placing my order with you very shortly, I only wish it was going to be a bigger order, I am thourally enjoying it.

Our local tea shop recently closed so we looked in the internet and found the loose tea company. The tea was both good value and quality and the delivery service excellent.

In May I ordered 100g of both Ginger and Turmeric. They arrived within days and the Turmeric is ok. However, the Ginger looks like sawdust, not at all like the lovely cut ginger used in their promotional photo. I sent them an email on 08 May, the day I received them, to say how disappointed I was and I wished to return the Ginger. I had an automated response to say my email had been received but as of today I've had no further response from the Company. I certainly won't be ordering anything from them again.

I just love the organic breakfast tea, so refreshing and good to wake up to and it’s good to know there are no pesticides in it.

Ordering was straight forward. I found what I wanted easily. There is an excellent choice of teas.
The delivery arrived well packaged and in good time.
The green tea with jasmine petals is delicious. It’s fresh tasting, the best I have tried.

Thrilled to discover this site with such a huge choice of teas. I had previously relied on what Waitrose could supply, but now I have so much more to sample. I look forward to developing my taste for a wider range of loose teas using my Sage tea maker. Such a treat to find a supplier (and locally) offering huge choice and excellent service. Thank you

Beautiful green teas, well packaged and quick delivery

Great tea from a great company. I get regular deliveries of Organic English Breakfast and add tasters of different teas to my order.
