Not done hotub yet easy to order hope treatment works got instructions from Canada so looking forward to using Spa Marvel & Sanitiser but overall very pleased

From the point of calling the company speaking to Richard his knowledge and customer service was outstanding. I was kept updated about my order all milestones were met. The lady Blythe in the office was so friendly and helpful easy to talk to. The men who delivered the tub kept in touch on the day and even called to talk us through set up etc. All in all my experience with tub company was outstanding !Amazing !
And my hot tub is just amazing !

Having waited 9 months for our hot tub due to COVID we finally got it this month. We were kept up to date with progress. Our access is restricted but the guys got it in the garden with no damage. It did not take long for them to set up and they were very careful not to damage the new lawn. We received a telephone call going though all the chemicals and stages which was helpful. It was well worth the wait and price. We have since been in the show room and once again the knowledge we were given was very helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Why would you go anyone else? The service that is provided by Richard, Ed & Blythe is exceptional and the hot tub we purchased is perfect. We were delayed by COVID and the Suez Canal debacle but keep informed all the way. The team, including those that install the hot tubs are great and very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Any question asked is dealt with quickly and promptly. Like I said at the start I can’t see why you would purchase anywhere else.

So I needed a hot tub, like most people I looked on the web and got some idea of what I wanted but then came the difficult choice of where to buy from. Due to COVID I was limited on choice but we were keen to “support local” if possible.
We arranged a visit to the Tub Company in Sudbury and are so pleased that we did. These guys have been amazing from the first visit right through to delivery and support. Our delivery was far from simple, a Hiab was required to lift the hot tub over our conservatory, then we required the drain to be moved, the hot tub lifted on to a deck and then lowered into a pit so that it ended up level with the deck.
Richard and his team took all of this in their stride, nothing was a problem and everything was dealt with in a very professional way.
It doesn’t end when it’s all installed either, Richard is very dedicated to the job and is happy to pop round and assist with the learning curve of the chemical mix to keep the water perfect.
You can rest assured you are in very good hands with these guys. I would highly recommend them, nothing is too much trouble and the service is perfect.

The tub company are a friendly and helpful company. Family owned and run they provide excellent service at reasonable cost. Each customer is treated as individual, and on first name terms. Goods and services are of excellent quality. It’s a pleasure to do business with a local company who care.
