We have a travel cot that is used at a Grandparents house while they baby sit so we wanted a quality travel cot mattress option which The Tiny Bed Company were able to provide.

The mattress itself is extremely well made with great attention to detail from the materials used right through to the stitching.

Delivery time was reasonable and the product arrived well packaged.

Made to measure cot bed mattress was quickly made and delivered and very good quality.

Currently expecting our second baby and we are planning on reusing the Maxi-Cosi Iora we had used with our first. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised that we would require a new mattress and therefore hadn’t organised one in advance. I contacted the Tiny Bed Company a few days ago in the hope that I could order a replacement and asked that delivery could be rushed due to my due date looming.

I spoke with Kristi who honestly couldn’t have been more helpful. After relaying my email to her management team, a mattress was dispatched the same day and has already arrived.

The quality of the mattress is fantastic and so pleased with it. The customer service however was exemplary. So so delighted and grateful.

I bought the Tiny Dreamer Deluxe mattress for my 6 month old as I noticed the one we had bought with the cot was cheap and unsupportive. Her first night on the mattress and she’s slept 8 hours straight and then straight back to sleep for a further 4 hours! She previously woke between 2-4 times.
Looking forward to seeing if this was just a one off great night or if this mattress is a game changer but so far so good!

Easy ordering, even with bespoke sizes. Various options for every purse. Fast manufacture and delivery. Online chat available to assist if required, pretty much 24/7. Communication excellent. Only downside for me, the 2 first letters of my post code was wrongly entered by them at the delivery stage and my mattress was sent to the other end of the country! No problem however, they made me another and it was received three days later. Mistakes happen and they handled it superbly.

Ordered a new mattress for maxi cosi iora. Had left it a bit late, messaged customer services to ask if they could speed up delivery. Which they did and got back to me the next day.
They also messaged to check that it had been delivered.

I had a quick response to my order asking me to give more information to check that I would receive the correct size of mattress for the Uppababy carrycot as there are several different versions. I then received the mattress within a couple of days. Very polite and efficient service.
