I made an account today specifically to write about my experience at the Tanning shop in Brentford this afternoon. I wanted to say a BiG thank you to Naomi who not only was lovely, super helpful and knowledgeable about the process and how to use the settings on the tanning beds which I never thought to use! Thank you Naomi my sister and I wish you all the success you really are an asset to the company and hopefully to the Brentford branch!

I had the best experience in tanning shop Brentford. I actually made a trust pilot account purely to give recognition to Naomi. It was the first time that I met her, and she was immediately so friendly and enjoyable to be around. She had amazing knowledge and helped advise me on the most suitable cream, which gave me the best tan. She really put a smile on my face, and makes me want to return! :)

Pop in to there Brentford store today with a couple of questions and had a lovely chat with Naomi she was very helpful with all me questions and very polite and friendly all the time

Genuinely not happy! SCAM! I went to this place today. And I asked to do 12 minutes of tanning. They said they only had a standing up one so I said that’s okay, it is my first time using a standing up tanning machine. I told the lady if she could help me she said it’s the same as a normal one, and did not bother to come and help me. I went in, took my clothes off and went in and pressed start. However the machine is very different to a normal bed so I did not know how to use it. 1 minute in I pressed on the power button inside thinking it’s for the Bluetooth and machine turns off completely and there’s no way of me turning it back on. (While this is happening I have no clothes on) so I tried to ring the main reception from my phone so I don’t have to put my clothes back on. The lady picks up and says I need to try turn it back on although I said I tried and it does not turn on. She says to put my clothes back on and allow her to come in the room and sort it. I put all my clothes back on and was waiting for her to come in, but it took her 6 minutes plus (in the middle of all of this, my minutes are going but the machine is off!!!) so I am losing money and minutes at this rate.
She then says there’s nothing she can do about my lost minutes although it wasn’t my fault I did not know how to use the machine and she did not teach me upon my request at the beginning. By the time it was all sorted, my minutes had decreased from 12 minutes to 6minutes! That’s half of my money gone. And she did not reimburse it.
I would like my minutes back or something in return for the lost minutes.

Leamington Spa. The fabulous Leslie and her brilliant team make every visit a pleasure. The shop is always beautifully presented and sparkling clean The personal friendly greeting is the start of a lovely experience which I am enjoying to the full. Would highly recommend this particular shop and the gorgeous Leslie. Tanning Shop should be thrilled with the high business standard of the Leamington Spa shop

As much as I loved the store, the beds and some of the staff. I can never get booked in, you now apparently have to plan your sessions at least 5 days in advance, I barely know what I'm doing tomorrow never mind on a few days time. Will be using others sunbed shops now as there is no flexibility (plus they are definitely not the cheapest)

Being in my 50s, I was extremely apprehensive as I thought it would be a typical stereo type! But, Ellie at Chatham High Street, made me feel so welcome and at ease. So much so, I brought a package recently. You're welcomed straight away...love it

2 young girls that work over there has zero idea about customer service and treating people like they are better then any one who comes in - would not recommend at all ! Stay away

Visited the Chatham branch as a new customer and Ellie the manager of the store was great! She was helpful guiding me with the best creams and great advice on minutes I should do! Her customer service was brilliant, she is very friendly and made me feel so welcome! The shop was very clean and she was on it with bed change overs making sure they was refreshed for the next client using the stand ups!

I have been using the Luton shop nearly a month now. Jodie was the first who i met but all of the girls are so amazing and so helpful. I started my journey because i wanted to be more confident. Well it worked. I never believed i will go for a night out without makeup and only wear just gloss :) Im just soo happy to see my skin glowing and to hear from Jodie how my tans looks amazing, it’s just give me soo much happiness. To be honest is my happy place to go. I love all the girls who’s work there. The place is always cleaned,cups are always available and is just a great place to go.

The chatham branch!!
So i decided to pop along to the chatham branch as my tanning shop had decided to no longer provide a course and just minutes.i only purchase a course so decided to pop in and see what the offers where.i was greeted by the manager (ellie) what a lovely girl😊she was very welcoming with her friendly face,told everything that was available and recommendations on how many minute to used based on ur skin tone,i purchased the month stand up course,then ellie mentioned that the lotions where on offer,do i treated myself to one of those too.the shop is super clean and found all the girls very helpful and friendly.i have been there when the que was out the door,on this particular day ellie was still her friendly self and very calm considering how busy it was.as she greated every client by there name they where happy to wait as she was still smiling considering.i found my exsperience there so good i took a friend along who also purchased a course,elle then told me she had credited my account with £10 for bringing a friend😊she also informed me the lotions where back on offer!! Woo hoo so i purchased 2 bottles and used the £10 credit so i have enough lotion on booking my next course. That girl really does credit that shop,super friendly,greats you by name and a lovely smile,i will definatly be recommened the branch to the rest of my friends😊

Visited the tanning shop in Sunbury, was greeted by a welcoming member of staff called Parvin, who took the time to explain the best tanning lotion to suit my skin, and advised on how many minutes would be suitable to safely build a golden tan. The staff at the sunbury Tanning shop make you feel welcome, and seem to have a great rapport with their customers.The shop is spotlessly clean also.

Super helpful and Friendly, it was such a pleasure to meet Lily again. She answered all of my queries and made me feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble-Hednesford shop is Brilliant! Exceptionally clean and welcoming. Thank you

In the Bedford branch the staff have an attitude problem, no customer service skills, they need to train them better. Also the new rule about having 3 minutes from when they tell you you can go in till when you need to be laying in your tanning bed is way too short. Booking a 20 min slot for a 10 min tan, giving me 3 min to undress, remove any makeup, apply your expensive lotions properly and ensure cleanliness standards are kept so you feel safe to tan in their beds (as the young girls couldn't care less about wiping screens and handles and what not so you can feel safe to touch around you - everything is full of fingermarks - screens, handles etc) . The tanning shop you are losing your loyal customers, this is the worse service I received. Paying for a service and using half of it, rushing with frustration and being greeted with rudeness.
I am refusing to be their customer going further, and requesting to cancel my 2 active packages.

Peterborough branch is my local and after not using a sunbed for many years,was very impressed with the warm welcome and knowledge of the friendly staff who guided me through a new customer package and lotion that would best suit my needs.
My visits are always a pleasure,and the place is always spotless.
