The Tanning shop Bishop Auckland, having used beds before in a few places I have to say this shop is by far the best not only for the beds but the cleanliness, friendly staff, help with choosing best creams for your skin type , Vicki the manager & Hayley & Lucy run the shop so well cleaning and customer service is second to none nothing is to much trouble I’d highly recommend using these 💕

Shocking customer service Coulby Newham Middlesbrough 3/7/24.
Appointmentbooked for the evening, arrived on time to be told I wasn't on the system. Shown the booking confirmation on my email and the app to be told well your not on our system. Totally fobbed off! Voicing frustration after a 20 minute drive arriving on time and not honouring my booking to be told, It's nothing to do with us!!! It has everything to do with you!!! YOU represent the company I've paid a service to use. Training in Customer Care wouldn't go a miss here!

Staff member working Monday evening 1st July at 5pm..swadlincote so rude.. I have been coming here years and the girls have ALWAYS been lovely, however, I arrived today at 5pm and waited 5 minutes before I was seen, no problem I know they are busy and usually have beds to wipe before they can get to you. My issue was not waiting but by the bad attitude of the girl who’s name I didn’t catch was towards me.. took my name, finger in the pad etc then told as you are late we will need to reduce your time, sorry I have been stood here for 5 minutes, no sorry for your wait or asking how long I wanted to go on for (which was 15 minutes) I was then given a lecture on how I should arrive early.. no customer service, no manners just pure rudeness all because I was waiting for her?? Absolutely no need as I didn’t need the full 20 minutes anyway.. never seen her before, obviously new but seriously needs to have a few lessons in how to speak to people, absolutely disgusting.

Sad to hear Jane had left she was always there to greet the Manchester clients and myself when i was running late with a smile and never stood still.....

BOOKED A BED AND IT WAS NOT HONOURED
HAVING USED THE CROUCH END BRANCH OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR SEVEREAL YEARS AND SPENT HUNDREDS OF POUNDS EACH YEAR I AM THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED THAT MY BOOKING WAS NOT HONOURED IN FAVOUR OF "THE OLD PALS ACT"

Not been able to get on the bed for three weeks now the first time something happened they were running late waited over 30mins, gave up in the end, second time the bed was brokenNi phone call, wasted journey, third time the bed was still broken l, no phone call again another wasted journeys. I used to enjoy my weekly sunbeds, however, lately it’s gone downhill.

I use the Tanning Shop on Warwick Street in Leamington Spa. I can safely say that this is my Happy Place! Lesley is always so friendly and informative and so lovely to chat to. Always playing great music, it's my little holiday whenever i visit!

Just heard that Jane form Manchester store is leaving I’m devastated about this she’s like a part of the furniture it will be a very sad day for the tanning community of Manchester mine and I’m sure lots will agree that i Will have the whole experience with my future tanning sessions she’s amazing tbh I thought that she was the manager of the shop as she always seems to be there putting her personal touch to daily tanner’s experience with the tanning shop I hope you have a new Jane to replace her but it will never be the same good luck Jane with your future they should have you as the manager for the shop as I thought you were already 110% service with that cheeky smile xxx

Thank you Marilena… I was the first time at The Tanning shop in Harrow and I was satisfied with the person who served us, the girl explained and helped us what and how to do in the cabin, everything was clean and arranged as I like, Marilena, thank you 🤗🤗🤗

Just came out of tanning been served by Petro, I newer ever in 18 years sun bed been treated like she did me, she laughter at me in front me sitting with other CUSTUMERS, force me show my cream even previous guy didn't been asked, and she say go nr 1 wasn't ready other girl came, she didn't, clean she said is staff she did I back with empathy been and I empty tall was 2 tissues in, is it service! Wow!!! Shame on you miss,,

I go to a tanning salon in Bedford, the staff are nice and friendly but I don’t think it’s ever been dusted, there is so much build up.
I have been going there for more than 3 years, sometimes I clean my cabin by myself because it is unbearable .. Please emphasize the great attention to cleaning the cabin not only after each customer, the accumulation of dust is unacceptable in such a room !!!!

Stop blocking me when I go on the app to book a slot or buy a package

Had my first tanning session .I don’t really need as I’m half Spanish .I did not realize how cheap it actually was,I thought it would be very expensive.
On entrance I was made to feel at ease with NAOMI.
She was very factual and had lots of info which was good as it was my first session.
A great experience all in all .I’m going again soon.

I’ve started coming to the tanning shop in Kingston as I’ve recently moved to the area and can honestly say it’s been brilliant! I had the pleasure of meeting Beth on reception desk who talked me through courses and prices ect… she was so kind & helpful! We got speaking about my recent move and she also advised me of some nice places to go in the area, which I thought was super sweet!! The previous sunbed shop I used, the girls were awful, so it was extremely lovely to walk into the shop to smiley girl that was more than happy to help me! Beds/rooms were super clean and the freshening wipes are a lovely touch! Honestly after a long day at work it’s great to have my 10 minute holiday in a clean and friends environment. Thank you tanning shop Kingston & Beth for the 5* experience.

This is disheartening as a customer that I have been driven to write this complaint as I don’t use the tanning shop Sutton often and I usually use tanning shop Kingston or Wimbledon but I have to say when I went into the Sutton store the other week I was shocked with the standard of the shop considering this is the biggest tanning branch in the UK? My bed was absolutely filthy with what I think was dry sweat and handprints which didn’t surprise me once I got off my bed as I had heard a staff member with curly hair say to a handful of customers before and after going on there beds ‘did you clean it for me’? The bins are now always full of rubbish, eye wear and facial wipes are never filled in the small baskets in the rooms. Music was not playing in the background either and as a older customer who doesn’t connect my phone to the beds using my Bluetooth I had to lay on my bed listening to a group of young individuals shouting, swearing and generally messing around in the reception area throughout my session which does NOT happen in the other stores I visit. I will not be returning to the Sutton store as this was more of a youth centre then a tanning shop and will be continuing to use Kingston and Wimbledon as I have never had any issues with these stores and have nothing but good feedback for Georgia and Cameron. On a brighter note well done to Kingston and Wimbledon, and thank you for making me always feel so welcome and having your standards of the shops incredible.

I’ve been using the sutton tanning shop for a long time now and understand it gets busy and wouldn’t usually make a complaint as the regular young girls are usually amazing and very welcoming but as of recently there seems to be a huge turn over of staff and all of a sudden my beds are constantly running well over even when I’ve booked an appointment as Ive been refused every single time I have walked in and not offered for a time to come back or a different bed to use. There are young children in store and being looked after by the members off staff off being aloud to run riot, no music playing both of which doesn’t make for a relaxing sunbed session. Being served whilst the staff have their headphones in their ears on the phone, chewing their food and gum, phones in their hands whilst phone calls are going on on loud speaker. Young teenagers are sitting in the waiting area or behind the counter with the new staff eating fast food takeaways leaving no space for customers to sit and wait, and also feels a little bit intimidating.

Pread street site is a fantastic site , can not thanks enough James and the team to help me to find the right solution for my delicate skin , clean , friendly and an amazing attention to customer care , personally witnessed with other customers and not only myself, I have already refer to my working colleagues

Avoid…. I have contact you via you’re contacts from above visit at you’re shop in Harrow and no response. I made a complaint about the girl working there and the way she treated me. She was eating and chatting her phone same time I was paying for my service. Her attitude and that she had not the best knowledge, or she was to focus on her chatting, was really desponding for me and my friend at the time. I think this place is going downhill for a while… Also the cabin and the bed was not cleaned, and she said that was ready for me to use.. Hygiene in the store it’s really bad . Definitely someone careless, only the profits at the and of the day it’s important.. we definitely move to other place .. no no ..!!! thank you..

Definitely recommend the Twickenham store!! Staff are always friendly and welcoming especially the manager Ellie and the young girl Amber, they are always so helpful with tips and recommending what products would work best. Always a pleasant experience when I go to tan

Went to have my hair done but the customers who come in for tanning are as rough as anything. They even let kids in making lots of noise not considering the other customers! It’s not a play ground! Staff take no notice.
