A great price originally for the trainers, however when delivered Evri left them on my doorstep and they were stolen. Whilst Evri refused to do anything about this, Sports Edit offered me a new pair or a refund within less than 24hrs of my email. Great customer service from them and thank you to Waqar

Great customer service, Waqar is really helpful. Competitive pricing too.

When I checked the order status, I saw the item I ordered had been returned to the sender. After contacting customer service, I was offered the choice between a full refund or replacement order.
When I chose a full refund, the Sports Edit promptly processed it.
While it's disappointing I couldn't receive the item, I'm satisfied with the service provided.

I have always had a great experience with this company and now recently with an order which was sorted out efficiently and timeously by their consultant Waqar.

Honestly the best customer service by far ! I returned an item, was refunded instantaneously and then had a query which was answered within the hour. I am a fan of the Sports Edit for their training gear but just as importantly their customer service.

Can't fault my shopping experience, trainers arrived quickly with good updates etc. Unfortunately they had a defect that became obvious the first time I wore them. I sent photos and was issued a refund very quickly, shout out to Waqar for sorting things out. A lot of companies talk the talk but let you down if you have a problem but this company were great so I would definitely order from them in the future

I had a pair of trainers bought as a birthday present last year and noticed that there is a small hole in the toe. I contacted them and sent over some pictures of the area of the trainer. Wagar dealt with the query he was so efficient in the response and professional with the initial email and asked if I would like a replacement pair or a refund. The trainers are so comfortable I requested a replacement pair and when I replied to his email he has already despatched them. No arguing just dealt with it ! very impressed. Would buy again

I placed a large order on The Sports Edit. It was left unattended by Evri (without any pre authorisation to do do). When I returned from work there was no trace of it. I emailed the company on Tuesday morning; by Wednesday evening I had still received no response, despite the fact that they promised a 24 hour response time. Highly disappointing customer service.

Would recommend. They've a great curation of sports and outdoors brands and products, good prices, super fast delivery, super easy returns and immediate refunds. Almost too efficient!

Noticed others have had issues with EVRI etc but luckily I've not. Don't be totally put off by this because this is a good and growing small company.

Taking no responsibility and had a cheek to email about how im finding my new trainers, emails sent to customer service as they have never been recieved. CS simply keep saying they are with Evri...anyone who has dealt with delivery companies knows if they havent been recieved 5 days after you despatched them....they have vanished into the Evri multiverse!

The customer service is outstanding. I have not yet received my order but the issue I had with my previous order was quickly rectified and Sofia - The Sports Edit Customer Care Advisor was brilliant.

Tried to order twice and both times had issues with Evri. Customer service is quick but they annoyingly just immediately contact Evri for return of the parcels without first trying to find out where they are, meaning the order effectively gets cancelled and refunded rather than solved, so never received anything I tried to order.

I’m an Irish customer and had a very disappointing returns experience with Sport Edits.

I already paid £5 for shipping, which is fair. However, when the shoes arrived too small, I was told I had to organise and pay for the return myself because I’m based in Ireland. This cost me €20 to send the item back to the UK.

What’s unacceptable is that even when I decided to return the item for a refund instead of an exchange, I still had to pay the €20 return cost. In total, trying to buy from Sport Edits cost me around £25 just in shipping and return fees.

The product itself was good, but selling to Irish customers under these conditions makes returns and exchanges extremely discouraging. I won’t be shopping with them again.

P.S To answer The Sport Edit: I printed the 10£ label on your website but when I call to support they told me that because I was in Ireland that wasn’t valid, that was only for UK Returns.

Had issues with the trainers I bought, however must give 5 stars for excellent and understanding customer service who issued me another pair of trainers. However those also broke but then I received a full refund without any problems.
