Such great customer service - Waqar followed up a purchase for me so that it arrived on time for my holiday - very much appreciated!

Never received my shoes - I had ordered them on the 6th with no tracking number sent on the 13th.
I had to chase them to ask what was going on.
They just issued a refund saying the problem was " my address" which isnt true.
I have been waiting for these shoes to train again.

Just noticed an email saying "refund on its way" - Fingers crossed it even arrives!

So bad. Will never purchase or recommend this website again. First and last time.

I ordered some trainers on 4th July as a birthday gift for my Wife on 12th July thinking a week to deliver would be enough, how wrong was I.
I was so pleased to receive tracking information on the 5th July stating that Evri were going to deliver my parcel on a 2-4 day delivery service.
I have checked the tracking on Evri every day since and all it says is '' We're expecting it''
I have contacted TSE and they send a generic email stating your order is with Evri and when I contact Evri they say the order is with the customer (TSE).
The issue here is that TSE's customer service appears to be AI and very limited with no other alternative to contact.
I purchased from TSE because they are part of M&S who are usually OK, however the poor customer service, lack of ability to solve a problem and the time I've spent trying to deal with them is definitely the worst experience I have had with any online order.

Needed an address updated on my order and this was sorted for me very quickly without the need for too much back and forth! Customer services were super friendly and helpful, very smooth customer experience!

Absolutely disgusting company no customer service whatsoever. DO NOT buy from this company they do not chase delayed orders and use the worst courier service EVRI which you only have a fifty percent chance on goods being delivered. I am now £100 out of pocket they will claim for the loss of products on company insurance and keep my money ! They have refused a refund and to resend out my products so I will report them to ever possible organisation to investigate so other people do not get scammed !!

My order was marked as dispatched 12 days ago but was never received by Evri.

I contacted The Sports Edit on the estimated delivery date and was told "the heatwave" (that had ended several days prior) was to blame but they had made no attempt to communicate this delay. The heatwave seemingly did not affect any other Evri deliveries I sent or received during this time including one placed with M&S and fulfilled by The Sports Edit on the same day!

My subsequent attempts to resolve this issue and later cancel my order were ignored for 5 days despite an auto reply claiming that I would receive a response within 12 hours.

This review has been updated to reflect the fact that the issue has now been resolved but unfortunately it took leaving a one star review to induce a response and resolution.

Fantastic help & replacement items arranged when the courier failed to deliver. I was kept up to date all along & the matter speedily resolved! All orders are normally very efficient & goods at a good price! Would always recommend this company.

Had a couple of things from here which have been a great price.
They sent an incorrect item which they rectified as soon as I informed them and sent the correct item.
Impressed as to their response and will use again

Customer services have reimbursed my delivery charge. I ordered the trainers again and am awaiting their arrival 🙏

Ordered for the first time this week. Waited on my new trainers to arrive only to receive all massive pair of men’s shoes??? After paying £4 at least for the delivery and now have to return them. And they don’t offer exchanges so I’m too afraid to reorder… just disappointing

Ordered a new pair of running trainers; I knew what I wanted having used this brand and model before. Email confirmation, order processing and delivery was smooth and as expected. After a couple of runs, it became evident that there is a manufacturing issue with the stitching on the tongue causing blistering. I contacted Sports Edit to see if it can be looked into with the manufacturer. I received prompt communication from Sofia and within a couple of days the issue was completely resolved. The customer service is exceptional and I would certainly use Sport Edit again. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

I ordered a pair of trainers from this site and as soon as I ordered realised they were the wrong ones so cancelled payment . The money had already left my account so emailed to say I wanted different pair but needed my money back first

. Received email stating money would be back in account 2-3 days so waited
. No money arrived so emailed again and got told refund started on the 23rd June so would be 5 days ??
. We are now on 7th day and I have sent three emails in last two days and heard nothing ??
. This is totally unacceptable considering you pride yourselves on service
. I am owed the some of £89 and will require back in my account by tomorrow.
If I am not contacted or monies are not back I will contact my bank and then trading standards

Waiting for refund. No response from them. Impossible to get your money back from these. I’ve had to resort to requesting a chargeback which will take up to 2 months to get my money back now. Will never ever shop here again.

Response: I’ve emailed you twice with all the info you need so how about you just refund me or at least reply to one of the emails? Don’t be fooled by their response below. They’ve been appalling

Reluctantly giving 1 star as I can’t give them 0 stars.

First order, brilliant, arrived within 48 hours of pressing the Pay button.

Second order, absolute disaster! I paid on Monday and here we are on Saturday just to find out that they didn’t even process my order until I had to prompt them on the Thursday!!

I still haven’t got them.

Also I have been told replacements are ‘coming’. They haven’t processed those either.

Waste of a full week.

On top of that, they don’t reply to your replies, you have to send a brand new email for each query you have otherwise they won’t communicate with you.

Will not be buying here again. Go to a proper sports shop people, where you can walk out with your purchase in real time.

Evri lost my parcel, reached out to customer service and Sofia was very helpful and got new order organised and sent out for me 🤍

***The EVRI driver delivered to a neighbour round the corner. I had to go to their house and get it from them The Sports Edit customer service were great, and did their best to resolve the matter***

I received an email on a Sunday to say my order was on its way. I then got an email from EVRI to say it had been delivered, which it hadn't. EVRI doesn't recognise the tracking number provided and the link from The Sports Edit '404 can't be found' I've spent a very frustrating afternoon trying to track this parcel. Nornaly EVRI take a photograph at the door when a parcel is delivered. Because the tracking number doesn't work there is no proof of delivery. Phoned EVRI, they can't help. No phone number for The Sports Edit. I filled in the online form on their website. I sincerely hope I hear from them soon

I’ve used this company a few times now and they’ve been great. Fast shipping.
Yesterday I had an issue where I noticed the shipping address had gone through incorrectly on my order. It was evening and I dropped them an email, not expecting any response until at least today. I was wrong - they answered within minutes and sorted everything out for me. Jasmine was extremely helpful and it’s very refreshing to actually receive good customer service these days! I will be using them a lot more going forward, especially as I love ordering gym wear!

All i can say about this company, is that their customer service is outstanding, i had an issue regarding a purchase and they resolved this instantly for me. I wish other companies were as efficient as them. Thankyou jasmine.

Customer service is excellent.
Prices are also competitive on great brands.
I would not hesitate to recommend or purchase from this company again.

I ordered an item which never delivered to me. I am teying to contact the customer service but I can't find number.

I filled an online form twice from the website to get update about my order, no response. I found an email address and sent an email, no response. It's been weeks, but no joy of getting my parcel, getting response or refund😔
