They gave me a seem less quote that aligned with the expectations afterwards, I contacted 6 different companies and they replied instantly and professionally. They made sure everything was to my liking before proceeding and confirmed afterwards that the process was good for me.

SCAM!! UPSELL TRAP! I paid for a simple document with only 24 words to be translated from Greek to English. $56.28 for urgent translation + $17.99 for notarization. Then they email me several times to request me paying more and more:

"The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and we only received payment for 1 page." >> +$87.68

I reject and they reply:
"Would you ne interested on downgrading your order to standard delivery so that we can adjust the pricing and avoid having to pay any additional fees?"

I accept and then they reply asking for more money!!!:
"The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and in line with the policies required upon checkout the outstanding balance for your order would be $13.7

Please be informed that the price for certified translation is $34.99"

While they do deliver the service, their business practices are extremely misleading and feel borderline like a scam. They operate multiple versions of their website in different languages, making it appear as though you’re dealing with a local provider—but the pricing is actually charged in USD.

I attempted to cancel my order literally within one minute of placing it, as soon as I noticed the currency issue. They refused. Their explanation was that a translator had already been assigned—within minutes—which seems highly questionable. This appears to be a standard excuse, because they will not cancel orders under any circumstances.

Instead of honoring a cancellation request, they offered a discount, putting me in a position where I felt forced to accept since they made it clear a refund was not an option. It feels like once you place an order, you are completely locked in with no way out. I requested a very simple service, everything was delivered OK in that case, but I wouldn't choose this company again because to me it seems they are sketchy

Be very cautious before using this service.

I asked for a quote first. Then I saw the pricing list and both gave me the same price. I accepted and paid. Minutes later they sent me emails telling that I should add a service because that is common and I answer saying that no, I do not need it. Then they sent me another e-mail saying that they will charge me double because they didn´t notice the second page. Sorry but if you are going to make changes after I already made the payent that is not correct. I change to another service company and now I am waiting for my free refund.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I accidently ordered certified translation instead of sworn translation. I noticed the error two hours after I made the order and asked them to cancel my order because of the mistake. They refused and instead of me paying them for the work they had already done and stopping, they continued with the order. They then upgraded the order and when I said that I don't wish for them to upgrade it, they have been going back and forth with me about the order even though they claim that they have hassle free cancellations. What a rip off and the mistake is going to cost me thousands of dollars.
