I paid $460 four months in advance for an Amharic interpreter for a critical immigration interview. The day before the appointment, they informed me that they could not provide an interpreter because the person had an emergency and they could not find another one.

This left me in an extremely stressful situation for a very important legal appointment. When you hire a professional interpreting company, you expect them to have backup interpreters and contingency plans.

Canceling at the last minute after taking payment months in advance is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone with important legal or immigration matters to think twice before using this service.
