I always buy my fairy lights from the Solar centre. They are definitely the best ones by far. Also their returns department is spot on, I received a tube cap that was badly moulded, sent an email was dealt without delay by Nicole. Please note not their fault as the boxes are shrink wrapped. Thank you Nicole for your kind help.

I purchased 3 solar downlighters for my garde in May 2025Unfortunately last week one failed to come on in the evening.On Tuesday 24th March I rang the telephone number easily accessible on their website.Ella answered and was so helpful and understanding.Ella listened to the my problem ,told me to send a photograph of the light not working when a towel was put over it, replicating night darkness.I emailed the photograph and by return told me a replacement light would be sent immediately.I have been tol it will be delivered tomorrow 27th March.I cannot emphasise enough what a delight it has been to find a company who truly care about their customer satisfaction.Ella was so personable,polite and charming to speak to and so efficient in executing the response.I am about to place another order confident in the service I know will be generated.Thank you

The response time to any issue raised with the SolarCentre is always exceptional. Ella in particular responds efficiently and professionally in all communications I have had. They are not perfect in regards to product but the nature of the product dictates they will have some issues and these have in relation to my issues been very quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

I’ve used the solar centre on a number of occasions, they always send lights quickly, the lights are really good, and when I had a problem they were really good to rectify it.
Thank you for a great efficient service.

I have bought many lights over the years and all have been excellent, I have just had a issue with a light bought last year, I emailed customer services and Ella got back to me very promptly, after providing proof of the issue she has arranged for a replacement fitting to be sent to me, Great products and excellent customer service

We had a problem with our lights which,Ella, in customer services helped us resolve. Speedy replies to emails and I’m sure once the lights are functioning we will be very happy with them. We’ve had solar centre products before anc have always been very pleased with them.

Had a problem with my order and it was swiftly sorted by a staff member called Ella. It’s just reassuring to know you get proper customer service and communication straight away. You get treated like a valued customer. So aswell as having the best solar lights they have the best customer service.

We’ve purchased a few items from the Solar Centre now and have been really pleased with the products and the service. When we did experience a problem with one light recently, Ella and Nicole in the customer support team were really helpful in sorting everything out very quickly.

Have used The Solar Centre numerous times and the quality is amazing along with the price. Not the same as the lights you commonly buy off the shelf but that bit extra. But most of all the service. I had a small problem that was quickly resolved by Ella and would highly recommend.

We have had a lot of solar lights from the Solar Centre and have always been very impressed with the build quality, performance and the design of the lights. We also found the sales and customer service to be excellent, so much so that we have recommended them to lots of people who have been impressed with the lighting. We did have a light that stopped working and contacted customer support, Nicole who we spoke to handled the issue perfectly and resolved the matter straight away. i have used this company for many years now, through my own fault i did not tick the box in PayPal for the free delivery when i phoned to say i had been charged the customer service advisor could not have been more helpful i was issued with a refund straight away there products are probably the best on the market i would recommend them

I needed a spare part for one of my garden lights and spoke to Nicole in customer services about it. She couldn't have been more helpful and sent me the part I needed immediately.
I have had bought a few solar lights for the garden over the last couple of years from the Solar Centre and can highly recommend them. Good value for money lights and excellent customer services.

I now have over 30 lights from solar centre and they are brilliant. Charge well even on a dull day and are bright, love that you can choose white or warm in some of the ranges. Customer service is also excellent had a manufacturing fault with 1 and they quickly arranged a replacement. Would highly recommend

Bought a couple solar lights but seemed to be having an issue with one of them not charging after a month later and wouldn't light up. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response from Nicole who resolved the issue for me and sent out a replacement straight away.

I have bought a few solar lights for our garden from Solar Centre and always been very happy with the products. I recently had a lantern that stopped working and have been offered a replacement. Ella has been very helpful sorting this out for me.

Have received 2 separate orders for solar lights and just made a third as we are delighted with the product!
Easy website and attractive special offers and helpful advice where necessary.

Was more than satisfied the way Nicole from customer service resolved so quickly the issue I had with my faulty solar light and issued immediately a replacement after showing evidence if the fault by photo. Highly recommend solarcentre as you can have peace of mind after your purchase if an unlikely problem should arise!

I had spent a long time researching solar lights but loved the design of the lights on SolarCentre. We ordered a couple of different ones and they are brilliant, literally. Unfortunately one of the lights started to malfunction. I contacted the very helpful customer support team and Ella was so sympathetic and helpful and helped us resolve our issue in just one email. A very good experience all around, highly recommended 👍
