When I received the items I was…
When I received the items I was extremely disappointed at how plasticky and cheap they looked. The last purchase I made with you at Easter was lovely, so I was quite surprised. I went to try and return them and you take delivery fee off and I have to pay for postage, not worth me sending them back really. I won’t shop with you again.
