Great product and great customer service

I know the product itself is great, but 1 star is for fact I ordered a replacement in early July and we are now approaching September and still not received due to “port backlogs”. Website still says you can get it in days (and has done throughout despite there clearly being none available).. Really misleading, although support has now offered to refund money.

A great product which has enabled me to effectively manage the build up of wax. My only request would be strengthen the tips somewhat as they do split and require replacing over time and repeated use.

I purchased a new smartbud and replacement tips months ago and was told nothing. I assumed my order had not gone through on my end as no confirmation so stupidly reordered using a different payment method. Thankfully that time I used PayPal and was able to get my money back but I am still waiting for the first order that has not been refunded. Have messaged them so many times and received no response.

What might have been a good company before has now become a con so do not buy from them.

I've used the smartbud for around a year now, I find the smartbud incredibly useful to safely clean my ears without inserting the tip too deep, I love being able to see what causes the discomfort/itching in my ear

Ordered replacement tips. Said they had been dispatched. Waited 3 weeks so asked for a refund. Received refund but no reason given as to why I never received them. Very disappointed.

The smart bud is great for checking inside your ear. Purely by chance my friend found a cyst when I showed her the camera in her ear. The cyst was in her ear canal and contributed to hearing loss. She had it removed and was
much improved.

Been using traditional cotton ear buds for years but this has changed things up.
All the family want to use it. Who doesn’t want to see what’s lurking in your ears in HD!

Still haven't received my order, been waiting over a month. Was told it was out of stock.

Ordered the Smart Bud 3 weeks ago, received an email to say its on the way but never received a tracking number and item never arrived. No reply on any social media or to emails and now it looks like the website has shut down. Refund requested

Placed order and waited, received email stating order shipped so waited again, nothing received so contacted them to be told it had been dispatched so waited again but still nothing received, messaged again to be told out of stock, at this point asked for refund

My item never arrived and was told a replacement would be sent out. Needless to say it never arrived. Have emailed company and no response.Now raised a case with PayPal.

If I could give lower than 1 star then I would! My experience is much the same as a lot of the recent reviewers on this site.

As you will see from other comments from people that have used this company. The company has little or no customer support.

The smart bud is great. What annoys me is that you cannot buy the spoon style tips separate from the microphone style tips. I don’t like those ones ands therefore have wastage from every refill pack. Please amend your offerings accordingly to become more eco friendly
