Delighted with my purchase of a silk pillowcase. And delighted with the great service!

Excellent customer service, David was extremely helpful and attentive. Delighted with the mattress, excellent quality. Would highly recommend The Sleep Shop.

The service and quick delivery was first class. David gave me a courtesy call to thank me for my purchase which was extremely professional. The pillows are perfect and my neck feels so much more comfortable on the pillow when i rest on it. Also to mention a better nights sleep too.

I missed an orthopaedic hard mattress and found my search answered in the ortho stretch mattress. I can finally have a comfortable night without waking up to a backache. Thank you for this wonderful product. It is worth the money spent!

Delighted with my recent experience with sleep store. Fast efficient service. Will visit again.

I ordered a silk sleep mask from Thesleepshop and within minutes had a call from David saying that my order had been received and was being processed and would be posted out to me that evening. True to David's word, my facemask arrived the next working day. The mask itself is top quality and came in a lovely box making it a perfect gift for for a loved one. I will not hesitate to order from Thesleepshop again.

Excellent service, quick delivery and very happy with my new mattress.

Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really highly recommend. Bought two new pillows and they have made a massive difference to my sleeping patterns.

Excellent service, there was a delay in the delivery but David kept me up to date. Would definitely use this site again

I received excellent service when I placed my order and was really impressed with the follow up call from the company. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I'd have given 10 🌟David's customer service is second to none! This is my 2nd purchase from him.and it won't be my last. The little gift and lovely email I received thanking me for my custom was such a nice touch. Something you would not see from a large chain store. I highly recommend the sleep shop for all your sleep needs. High quality service and products.

Great service even a call from David ❗️❗️
Loving my pillow thank you 🙏🏼

Absolutely great service . 5 stars

Wonderful quality sheepwoolen pillows, at a nice price!
Fastest delivery and quite personal serving.

I was able to get the right mattress for us and love that it is made to order.

Best mattress I’ve ever slept on! Totally worth the money. It's firm and supportive but very soft at the same time. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Originally I bought this for my son. So now he soundly sleeps on it. I am happy I found it perfect depth for his Montessori house type of bed.
