I was slightly concerned about purchasing from you, as have had bad experiences in the past with tv show shops... but i am pleasantly surprised, and the rapidness with which the products arrive is really insane!

My sister and I travelled for two hours to visit the store from where we had bought on line and we were not disappointed. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The best part is how bright everywhere is so no carrying everything to a window to check your colours. We also liked how the fabric ranges were all together and not squashed so easy to see all the patterns and colour-ways. It’s a spacious store. On arrival we could have done with an explanation of the payment procedure, in that it’s computerised, very clever, so we could buy some, and then add to it as we went upstairs and downstairs, a new system to us. Be aware on a first visit that the car park is a little tight and on quite a busy road. We hope to visit again in August to buy our Christmas fab ric, although we expect our journey might take longer in tourist season🙀

Absolutely fabulous service as always. I recently made a purchase that I needed to query, one quick email and everything was sorted. I'm still quite new to quilting so knowing fabulous help with any issues that might arise is just an email away is perfect. Thank you all keep up the fabulous work.

The choice of fabrics is amazing. The website is very clear and easy to order from. They come quickly as well. In fact have just put another order in. Will be coming to Cornwall in June, so will definitely be calling in again. Good job there’s a cafe round the corner, where husband can wait ! (Patiently)

I got the free download for the heart cushion (very useful for people who have had breast cancer surgery) as I was gifted these cushions after having surgery myself, and I wanted to make some to give to the local hospital. The fact this is free is just so kind, and I shall use this company now to purchase the items I need to make these. Thank you so much.

Huge choice of fabric and very prompt delivery

I had a query on the price of a sewing machine, as it had gone up the the next day, but the website still had the offer price listed.
I queried this, and they came back straightaway and offered me the price of the day before. I bought it, that is great customer service. I expect it will be the same service whatever the query, fast, efficient and very customer focused. I could not be happier.

Great service - really quick delivery and gorgeous fabrics with a great choice. Also bought myself a couple of scrap bags - amazing value, super pleased with what I got for my stash - will definitely be buying more. I got three jelly rolls and a charm pack to make a specific quilt - the rolls were on offer as well, so a great price. Can’t wait to start the quilt 😊😊😊

Found your site by accident when watching UTube demos of sewing/embroidery machines. Liked the clear well explained videos which helped me making informed decisions followed up with direct on line contact with the store. After setting my mind on the Janome MC1000 I only had to wait 24 hours for delivery. Haven't looked back. Great service from an independent retailer. Made on line purchase easy.
