Superb Service 🤩
This is the second saddle that I have bought from The Saddle Bank, and once more I am delighted with the service provided, the quality of the goods and the price. The photos on the website are very accurate and helpful in deciding which item to buy, especially when considering a used saddle. I contacted the company with a request and the lady on the other end of the line was helpful and friendly. Delivery occurred exactly when they said, and the saddle was well protected in transit. Emmie is THE BEST!
Emmie and the team are amazing! Over the past month, I tried 5 saddles between two different websites, and I cannot recommend The Saddle Bank enough. They sent me pictures of a variety of saddles, both in the shop and in warehouses, made recommendations about what might work, were incredibly prompt in their replies, and allowed me to keep one of the saddles beyond the 5-day trial period so I could be absolutely positive that it was the best saddle for my horse and me! Thank you endlessly to everyone at The Saddle Bank! I am beyond excited for my new saddle!!
Delivery was fast to the US! Arrival was between 3-5 business days and the saddles were always carefully packed and arrived in pristine condition. Payment is easy and secure.

The saddle bank takes the stress out of selling your saddle. After initially advertising my saddles on marketplace and dealing with timewasters I was fed up. I had used the saddle bank before and did not hesitate to send my saddles to them again. I wish had just done that in the first place. I would definitely recommend them for buying or selling saddles.

Just sold a saddle with The Saddle Bank. Very easy process and fair price offered. Unfortunately, once the saddle arrived with them there were a couple of minor repairs that needed doing. However, they gave me the option to have the saddle back or for them to take the cost of the repairs off of my original quote offered. The repairs didn't cost much and they were very transparent. Good service, would use again.

The Saddle Bank accepted a saddle and helped me find another new one.
The Saddle Bank accepted a saddle of mine to buy. The money went into my account within four days.
They helped me find another saddle to fit my new horse. It was couriered to me the next day. It got fitted by a saddler on their website. Within a week I had a saddle sold a new one brought and able to ride the new horse in the correct fitting saddle.
The service was efficient helpfull and stress free.
