The Saber Factory Anmeldelser

Okie dokie quite impressed with the fit and finish only complaint was the lightsaber did not come with music fonts and the screw off pommel semmed a titch loose when trying to tighten case was a nice touch really like that fast delivery thank you. And I appreciated the good pricing compared to the other companies 👍

The light saber cannot be turned on even after charging. They should have checked whether the product works before shipping the product. I have spent lots of time following Kevin's instructions and send him videos twice. He is helpful and there are videos.

Issue is still not solved. Now I am asked to do additional checks. I hope this will be the last one to get to the root cause. I feel I have wasted lots of time debugging the product. I expect that the product works upon arrival.

Good experience! Had previously purchased from NeoSabers which was a terrible experience. Would buy from again!

Good quality, awesome effects.

No complaints from me. Everything went fine. Only "downside" is that it took a few days for shipping from China to Germany however this is not Amazon so have patience, young Padawan!

The communication and the excellent price made this a no-brainer purchase and a wonderful experience.

Great product and great communication works amazing I would definitely buy another saber in the future

Product is awesome and delivery was smooth, no issues

I appreciate what they are doing for customers in the US despite the ridiculous tariff policies. The products were reasonably priced and excellent quality and their communication was very quick in response to questions. Will deffinately buy from again.
Thank you 🙏

Great support and communication with the owner! Order arrived earlier than expected.

The saber is amazing excellent screen accuracy and the sound fonts are very fun to play with next time I’ll pick up a dueling saber !

Service was prompt, saber is very high quality and is what I ordered

I bought this for my daughter, and she was very impressed and loves it.

Great product. I'd love to have an instructional on how to operate the different functions, but it's not necessary for an enthusiast to educate himself. Nicely packed and shipped. Good quality.

Yes! I bought my KYLE KATARN Proffie 92cm saber on May 1 and I absolutely love it!! It’s massive, hefty, high quality, well built and the design is true to the game. Love all the loaded fonts and effects and background music too.

Recently bought the Mara Jade saber during the May the 4th sale. Saber arrived in great condition! The hilt itself was beautiful and solid metal. Surprisingly light weight though. With it made out of metal, I almost expected the hilt to be a little unwieldy but even with the blade inserted, it feels great! Box contained extra screws and replacement parts, like a smaller profile belt hook, and the corresponding Allen wrenches to install the retention screws. Saber itself was easy to disassemble to take out the battery core. Charging was fast and I was able to plug everything back together and ignite the blade within the hour.

Now the fun stuff: the moment you ignite the blade, you realize just how different the xenopixel blades are compared to the Disney parks or black series sabers. The color is very bright and I like that even in a brightly lit room, the saber glows like the movies. Other sabers seem to really only look good in dim or no light. The sound is also very crisp, though I recommend using the low or medium setting (read your instructions or use the xeno app). Max volume could wake the dead. Now the bit that just makes this lightsaber stand apart from the rest: the customization. You can change to any color you could want. Even a rainbow should you choose. I bought the Mara Jade replica so obviously I went with a purple shade. Though you can even change the ignition style and sound so play with it until you find what you like.

I could go on but I want to get back to running around my house swinging my lightsaber. Very cool product! Very cool company!

I am absolutely satisfied with my new sword! It works amazingly well and has exceeded all expectations. It's simply a joy to use and it fulfills its purpose absolutely perfectly.

Great product, came with everything I needed. Great customer service.

Excellent quality product, reasonable price.

The Skeleton Crew hilt looks *very* much like the film piece. Identical, to my eyes. Would definitely trust these artisans again.

Great saber. Quality was perfect and my expectations were met beyond and then some
