The Rum Company Anmeldelser

It's not often that I end up writing a positive review when something's gone wrong - but also a sign the rum company customer service is really 10/10.

I ordered a bottle of rum for a Christmas present, despatched and arrived super quickly, but unfortunately the royal mail absolutely ate it for breakfast and it arrived destroyed.

I emailed at gone 7pm on a Saturday evening and got a response within an hour with a range of options on how they could resolve this for me. Really couldn't have asked for more - thanks guys!

Purchased 3 x legends

Very high quality rums and a great selection available, including some excellent gift box options of varied 50cl rum bottles. Excellent customer service too. Highly recommend if you're a fan of rum of have a friend/family member who enjoys a good rum.

Easy to place and pay the order. Rum packaged well & delivered on time.
Customer service superb, who responded sorted and resolved slight issue very quickly. Highly recommend

Excellent business - lots of choices, reasonable prices & speedy dispatch

I looked on line for a different Rum experience and came across the The Rum Company . Fantastic choice of Rums and realistically priced. Most of the choice I hadn’t seen or tried so I ordered three different bottles and the gift set that gave me four small samples . I must say the Mutiny spiced rum is delicious and can be drunk without a mixer and just over ice. Delivery was swift and I will definitely going back to purchase some more and may even joy the rum club
Thanks

Easy to sign up, first bottle is a nice one. Seems good so far! Hopefully it continues

I ordered a bottle of House of Rum Barbados 2010 (70cl, 60.5%) from The Rum Company for my mate’s 50th birthday, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery was super quick, it arrived in just two days and it was perfectly packaged in pristine condition. You can tell they really care about what they do.

The website was brilliant, super simple and easy to navigate, full of great options and it made finding the perfect 50th gift effortless.

It’s great to see a UK-based small business delivering this level of quality and service. We should all be supporting businesses like this, passionate about what they do, reliable with expensive purchases and genuinely customer-focused.

Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I had trouble getting my favourite rum and the rum company came up in a google search so had a look around and ended up with 3 bottles. Good selection and quick delivery

Fantastic service. Quick response to query. Fast delivery and as described would highly recommend. 😊

I purchased from The Rum Company for friends birthday present - The whole experience was so very easy to navigate - It was delivered perfectly packaged & extremely well received - Many thanks to all at The Rum Company for your superb service

Excellent, my partner was really pleased with it ! He usually drinks spiced rum but wanted to try a banana rum and this was excellent in every way I will definitely be ordering this again for him

Excellent quick service, great packaging and lovely rum.

Ordered some rum as a gift and the service and rums were both excellent. I realised I should have selected the quick delivery option, so contacted Rum Company and they changed it super quickly, meaning my friend received their gift in time. Very easy to deal with - highly recommend

Ordered without any hassle.
Informed of delivery schedule.
Only criticism is Royal Mail, unable to rearrange another delivery due to Royal Mail App unable to accept login etc and phoned Customer Service they were unwilling to assist.
Thankfully able to pick up from Post Office.

Website was easy to use and delivery was within anticipated timeframe. Legends Gift Box arrived in perfect condition and the presentation is impressive! Ideal for a gift. Sadly I can’t comment on the contents as not for me!

Order delivered on time to take to my brother in law's birthday. Personal greeting was hand written which was a nice touch.. lovely packaging can't comment on the product though!

Great service. I ordered one day and it was dispatched the next. I have had Dark God before which I love so I had to buy 2. First time trying Beckfords Black Pearl. Even though it wasn't quite my taste it did grow on me. It is quite sweet while I prefer my rum to be more smoky

I love the little taster boxes, cute unique bottles and it’s a great birthday present! Lovely presentation box and information cards, great price too.
