The Rose Gallery just goes the extra mile for customers, always accommodating, even when living overseas - nothing is a problem for them.

This is my second purchase and I must say the service was as superb as the first. Onto my second Conner brothers print that was hand delivery by the Philippe who put it up and more so put up with me changing my mind every two secs!!!

I had a very tight dead line and they made sure everything was done faster than possible. More importantly I have found the on going communication and extreme care way better than what one would expects. Dinah was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent personal and knowledgeable customer service!
We have purchased several pieces of art from The Rose Gallery over the last couple of years and the customer service is always excellent. Dinah especially is an absolute gem. Extremely knowledgeable, and always keeps us up-to-date with any newly released pieces as she knows our taste. We recently had a tour of the Gallery which was fascinating and opened our eyes to a number of artists that we perhaps hadn’t previously considered.
We really value the personal and friendly service and highly recommend Dinah and the gallery.

I would strongly advise caution when…
I would strongly advise caution when dealing with Rose Gallery.
I purchased two paintings on the clear understanding that delivery and installation for both would be included. One piece was a Valentine’s gift, so we agreed the installer would return after his honeymoon to complete the installation.
Three months later, this still hasn’t been resolved. The installer never followed up, and when I chased, I was told I would now be charged for installing the second painting completely contradicting what was agreed at the time of purchase.
The gallery has been extremely unhelpful in resolving this and has taken no responsibility. This is not acceptable for a gallery operating at this level.
Very poor service and disappointing aftercare.

Hi Roya - thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the service you have received from the gallery. As you will recognise from our other reviews, we take customer satisfaction very seriously & offer a service not available with many galleries. I understand that following your purchase your travel arrangements were such that delivery needed to be very early on the morning of 14th April, in order that your gift arrived in time for Valentine's day. We were able to accommodate this request even going the 'extra mile' to gift wrap your artwork on this special occasion- delivery was made by our Concierge team at 8am on the morning of Valentine's day. Although our team came prepared to hang the artwork for you this was not convenient & we offered to return on another occasion to hang. I am afraid that we do not offer multiple visits with each purchase so this would have been a chargeable service. The hanging service when purchased separately is charged at £80 per hour, on this occasion we offered to discount the charge to £40. I do hope in other respects you are enjoying your new artwork.
