Delayed funding and crappy support
I am absolutely pissed up. Wasted my time, money and efforts. I passed 25k account. Waited almost a week to receive a trading agreement. Signed the agreement and it is 1 week counting, I still have not received an account.
No communications whatsoever.
This a huge red flag.
If it takes so long to get an account with no communications even after I have sent an email to inquire why I have not been funded, it may probably take forever to get payout.

Passed my challenge made profits in funded phase but got my payout rejected and account terminated due to braking some rules. I agree that I broke one rule as one trade was closed during news release but the funny thing is they found so many beaches in my trading that not just all my profits were deducted as penalty but actually twice more than I made??
How is it possible to get more deductions than profits you've made ?
They're good with communication but when I reached out to get explanation on why my account had been terminated they made me feel like an enemy there even treating me with they legal team if I leave a negative review. I have all messages to prove.
I guess that if you stuck to all weird rules they impose on traders you'd get a payout eventually but why would you subject yourself to so many unnecessary restrictions when there are much better prop forms out there?

At The Prop Vault, we have a strict policy against using prohibited strategies and breaching the terms and conditions. Your total profit on the account was 1735.8, However, your total breach deductions are 3142.56
After your deductions this leaves your account balance at 8593.24 which means you have breached your overall drawdown limit.
This is why your payout has unfortunately been rejected and your account has been terminated with immediate effect.
You also threatened us with slander and blackmail, which is why we said we will be forced to pass to legal team if that is the case. However, we tried to deal with the matter amicably.

Firstly, if i could give this a negative
1000 and more i would.. Wanted to share my experience with everyone whom this review can help. I've been trading with Thepropvault for awhile since they took over bespoke I finally got funded and made profits to withdraw...Now here it comes, my withdrawal got denied because they said I've broken a rule or rules...Their rules are for funded account is 2% risk per trade setup on account balance, my account is 25k so 2% risk would be $500 per trade setup... after they denied it because of that I reached out to them Conbard whom it the management said I didn't have any sl. I told him your rules don't state I need a sl.. and honestly I don't use sl as many traders however I have a mental sl, then he proceeds to tell me I broke the 20% consistency profit rule which states i can't make more that 20% of my cumulative profits.. now no one knows how much they will profit and I don't think some should lose an account over making profits just continue trading until rule is satisfied for 20% profits... after reaching out multiple times I feel they don't want to payout he keeps telling me about sl and again no where in the rules says i need a sl.. then he shows me 1 trade where i have 2 position and says I broke the rule cause both equal over the $500 loss, I told him that 2 different trade even if pair and your rules is 2% per trade setup just 1 position is 1 trade 2 position 2 trades.. then Mr. Conbard tries to be little me and act smart asking if I don't know how to use Google? What does that have to do with my situation? And when I ask to send my issue higher up he says no he is the higher up. If he is higher up this company don't have long to last and that my opinion... also if I've broken a rule my account would've been breached and lock however my account is still active..I've gotten payout from other firms even bespoke no issues but this first time with TPV no good.. making up rules as they go along even ask to show me where in their rules or says I need a sl and everyone will see my trades none of my loss went over $500. So I hope this helps everyone and hopefully some with higher in the company can reach out and rectify my situation..

You breached multiple rules but the main one you breached is the maximum risk per trade rule. You are meant to adhere to a maximum of 2% risk per trade set up on your funded account.
You have not used stop loss on a single trade you placed. Therefore, you have not capped your maximum risk to 2%.
The team have explained this to you multiple times, from our Risk Team and senior management.
You we're not asked if you know how to use google, you were sent a definition explaining how to calculate risk in trading.

Unfortunately, you've breached the account, there's nothing else to be done
Also as stated, it's per trade set up. Entering 2 positions still counts as 1 complete trade set up. However, not using. SL means you have not calculates maximum risk at all, whether its 1 position or 2.

These rules are not 'made up as we go along' as you have stated. They are there from the start and they are stated on our website, as well as in the terms and conditions you are instructed to read before you start your challenge. As a trader it is your job to do your own due diligence to ensure you understand the rules, if you don't understand anything, you could have always reached out to our support team which would help you.
Your total profit on the account is 3218.57 and your total breach deductions are 18049.9
After your deductions this leaves your account balance at 10168.67
Unfortunately, your payout has been rejected and your balance has been adjusted to correct balance. After deductions your account has breached the overall drawdown limit.

I am CJdupFX, owner of TheFXPropTrader.com and I do reviews of prop firms. I can 100% tell you guys to stay away from this absolute scam of a firm. Not sure where they buy there reviews. I bought my challenge to test them. Passed phase 1 and phase 2 easy. Waited 10 days for my funded account. Did 2 trades to make $900 profit before I sent in my withdrawal request. 1 week later, I see they have "FAILED" my account. No withdrawal, no response. They use to be Bespoke Funding and the same happened there. Stay away from them. Trust me. You can check my honest reviews on my website and youtube.

As stated on our website...

No, the use of any Expert Advisors (EAs) is strictly prohibited on any of our accounts.
What Happens If I Use an EA?
If a trader is found using an EA, their account will be immediately terminated.
Why Are EAs Not Allowed?
We enforce this rule to ensure that all trading is conducted manually, maintaining fairness and consistency across all accounts."
You have also breached the consistency rule which states you cannot make 20% of your total profit in one trade. Which you have already admitted in this review, as you said you made 2 trades.
All of this has already been explained in the email communication between yourself and our Risk Desk so we would appreciate if you made an honest review instead of spreading untruths to harm our reputation.
We also suggest you read the rules and regulations before trading in the future.
