This is an excellent service
This is an excellent service, I have Pet Heslth Club plus, and have used the vet consultations on line a number of times. They are very quick to respond and give a written report. Also I find not having to pay for my local vet consultations a great benefit.

No service
Not got service paid for and incredibly one sided sevice, you never gave a reason for cancellation of my health plan 2 days after initial payment for the first month....see you in civil court for your explanation......not even 28 day allowance....diabolical

Brilliant service. All vets should offer this as it saves a considerable amount annually because inoculations, microchipping, flea and worm medications, as well as unlimited veterinary consultations (if on the plus plan) are included.
In addition to the above, the pet is seen, weighed, their history detailed, they take a urine sample that the owner has taken from their pet for testing, and the veterinary nurse takes the pet through for a blood test.
Superb service overall, the staff and reception team are great and it's evident this is a vets whose staff genuinely care about their clients' pets which is something that has been sorely missing when I've been registered elsewhere previously.
Cannot thank them enough for the great care they show my MusCATeers, aka Shiva the Diva, Jinxi Harlow and Mimi Minnelli

Be very careful
Be very careful. Been with PHC for a few years, but prices go up and up, and it is not good value for money. Subscription auto-renews each year and there is a very small window to cancel and get out of contract. The £60 exit fee is unreasonable. We have lost all trust in this company after these recent changes designed to trap people and fleece them with exit fees. Absolutely would not recommend.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, particularly after being a member for several years.
Pet Health Club is a 12-month agreement which automatically renews each year. We send a renewal reminder around 30 days before renewal, giving members the opportunity to cancel before their next contract year begins.
The £60 early cancellation fee applies when a plan is ended during the contract year. This fixed fee replaced our previous reconciliation process and caps the amount members may need to pay when cancelling early.
We understand that price increases and cancellation terms can be frustrating, and we appreciate your feedback. If you’d like us to review your individual membership, please contact our customer support team at info@pethealthclub.com.

The best
the best thing we have done for our three cats. It is worth every penny. I recommend everyone to use this service. And to the company itself: to have a greater range in the clinics (there are clinics that do not offer this service)

I was told that my initial consultation…
I was told that my initial consultation fee would be refunded when my payment for the club had been accepted. This has not happened!!!
