Awful communication and delays, lovely furniture
The furniture is undeniably stunning, but the communication is really really poor. We ordered a large custom piece (£6k+) in early Jan and were told it'd be 12 weeks for delivery, then had total radio silence until I chased a week before the expected delivery date (no response) and a follow up a week later (cop out response with no update on expected timelines). I tried to be patient, usually leaving at least 1-2 weeks between follow ups, but it took Harry at least 2 emails from me for every one he would reply, and I didn't get any actual delivery updates until late May so over 6 weeks late at that point. We have finally taken delivery today (24th June, 2.5 months late), I'm now 38 weeks pregnant so unable to help with getting anything in the house and set up - thankfully the courier Az was an absolute angel and went above and beyond to help my husband get it in the house. It seems like the finish on the piece has ultimately been rushed, just minor things like it's clear the paint wasn't dry before the cabinet doors were closed, but it really is such a shame because as an overall piece it's fantastic. I would just strongly advise against if you have any kind of timeline involved - having to constantly chase the company is an unpleasant experience that sours the whole affair.
