Complete scam, took my money and no delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Order made money taken and since then nothing reported to trading standards do not order from this crooked company

Absolutely SCAM. Never received my order. Customer service is ignoring phone calls and emails.
So I had to make a claim through the bank for my funds refund.

This is a Scam Website. Avoid or lose your money. Google need to remove their site ASAP

Just been scammed, wish I checked trust pilot before I purchased. Lost over £130. Ordered 4 days ago, but realised something wasn't right when no delivery updates.
I am going to follow up and report this. The payment was done through Revolut. So reading other reviews he uses various payment applications.

My dog recently had to go through a major abdominal surgery due to being attacked by another dog. We needed the Royal Canin Recovery Liquid to tube feed him, but they were out of stock everywhere, apart from their website, so I placed an order. I have sent the money, and then have not heard anything.
I chased them up via email, and was promised that I will get my tracking number for the order soon - two weeks later I still haven't received anything - no tracking number nor the goods.
I have tried phoning the number on their website, but it says it's unavailable.

1. Mobile number on the website which doesn't connect
2. Details are for a personal bank account, not a business account
3. They ask you to make a bank transfer and send them a screenshot of your payment
4. Weird minimum order amount of £82

Please beware!
I have reported them to the ActFraud and the police, and my bank has opened an investigation against them in collaboration with the police.
I don't anyone else to get scammed and robbed.

I placed an order on their website, entered my card details and was notified my order was confirmed by email. Then I got an email through from Payoneer telling me I needed to pay the invoice.
I messaged customer support asking for someone to call me, and received no reply. I had researched the company previously and there was good reviews, now all I see is bad reviews with the same story as mine.
I will be keeping a very close eye on my bank account to ensure no funds are taken.

Fraudulent fake company.
Wish I'd realised sooner that the positive reviews are fake.
Website gives a uk address but instagram says they are in Bangladesh. Thankfully we paid with credit card so are able to get our money back.

Ordered on 17th October - got sent an email that looked dodgy, so sent an email to them asking was it legitimate, they sent an email back saying they use payoneer!! Charged 3% for using my card - Should have read reviews

Do NOT use, I am here after trawling the internet to see if the business was a scam. Reputable sites said not and yet here I am, see other people reviewing with identical issues to me! It is not worth the risk at all.

I've been so looking forward to this order as I desperately needed it, now I'm beyond frustrated. I placed an order on the 30th September, I have the order number but when I check it still says 'processing'... I have emailed multiple times, used the website form too and I have been calling the mobile number that is given but it rings and rings until it cuts out.

I don't believe they have taken my money, I am surprised at that as it said the payment went through when I placed the order... But I can't find it in my statements so who knows.

Never again.

Checked out their terms after finding out about the strange £78 minimum order… ts &cs are copied from zooplus as they’re mentioned throughout.

Made an order which didn't change from pending for days. Emailed, then order changed to cancelled online. No communication, no response on the phone. Money not taken as I used Amex but sure some people will get caught out so regard as a scam and avoid.

Placed order for £83 online.

After waiting 7 days, there were no updates other than the original order confirmation.

Tried calling their 'customer service' number which looks like a mobile, but no answer.

Sent email to their 'Sales' team, no reply.

Filled in online query form on their site, no response.

Have had to contact my credit card company to now get the money back.

Not sure if the company exists anymore, but the site is still taking money, so be careful

I placed an order at pets-supplies.co.uk as a guest on 7th june. Nothing has arrived and have not received a reply to my correspondence by email nor phone.
They just don't pick up on what looks like a mobile number.
Had to resort to posting on here to see if I get any feedback.

Have had a few orders fast delivery sorry to see yous close

I always use company for supply of pet food they are reliable with orders and always on time and very helpful for customer service always have great satisfaction with this company would highly recommend this company
