Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I was greeted by Tash who was really friendly and after talking to her about what scent I was looking for, it was clear she was knowledgeable about the brands as she was able to give me a variety of options to choose from. She also introduced me to newer options that I hadn’t considered before, and I did end up purchasing a fragrance that she had recommended for me. There were additional offers on and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.

Went in today and was served by Tash, she was so kind from the jump and knew exactly what I wanted straight away. She always has the most positive energy everytime I go in and I always go back to the perfume shop because of the top tier customer service ☺️ I also wanted to add that Jamie and Maryam were there and gave me the best customer service alongside Tash.
