Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Great shopping experience.
On entering the store my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome by Jamie and asked if he could be of assistance to us. I had only called in to see if they had a tester of a Tom Ford fragrance before committing to a purchase. I was pleased that there was one as I had called unsuccessfully at 2 other stores previously. He talked to us about what fragrances we liked and suggested a couple to us based on our preferences. He was not pushy and made us feel like valued customers. We both ended up making a purchase (not the Tom Ford fragrance) and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. We will definitely use this store again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Every time I come to this store the staff are always so lovely and helpful, they truly want to help you find the perfect gift & not just to sell you something for the sake of it, today I had a lovely chat with Maryam who gave me plenty of ideas on which fragrances to go for!
