Received my luxury Taylor swift order today and it’s perfect

I can’t stop buying from here! Whether you’re looking for a one off piece, a sweary piece or a mystery box or bag you will not be disappointed. I’ve had a couple of mystery boxes and things for the kids that they’ve chosen themselves! You wouldn’t find better customer service either! It’s a family run business and so nice!

Been ordering from The Paper Press for years! I’ve a collection of tee’s and sweaters still good as new, not a week goes by where I’m not in TPP clothing to be fair! I’ve had 2 mystery boxes and bought for others and have been happy with every order from purchase to delivery times.

X2 Hoodies turned up 5 weeks later, poor communication from the sellers , only responded when I opened PayPal dispute , returned items as were poor quality ,fitting was poor too, large shoulders small/tight waist (ordered medium) I'm.a size 12...sent via tracked seller received and signed for items and only took 2 days to reach them ..still no communication and sill no refund of £93..buy from.Primak and have printed yourself save you the disappointment and lots of money! ...update PayPal Refunded ..still no communication from Paper press

Returning customer...again and again!! Absolutely love The Paper Press!! Excellent quality products- fantastic customer service and cannot recommend enough. I was initially like "whats going on" when I saw 10-15 day dispatch time on my first putchase- but everything is made to order...and you can tell- a lot of time, craft, and detail has gone into every item. I will continue to use and recommend to friends and family- an absolute gem of a business and as mentioned- really friendly and professional customer service. A+, 5*- love The Paper Press ♡

My first order with this business and it was the Gilmore Girls mystery box. I love every piece within it and I’m so pleased I placed an order. It did take a little while to reach me due to some issues with Royal Mail but the customer service and support I received from Geri when I raised my query was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering again- the Christmas stuff looks fab, especially the Taylor Swift sweater!

I recently purchased the Gilmore Girls mystery box, it was my first ever box from The Paper Press. I had seen it posted on a friends account and they raved about their previous boxes and I knew I had to get the box!

I didn't know what to expect, but I am honestly over the moon with my order. It’s absolutely perfect, everything that is Gilmore Girls - attention to detail even with the colours of the items in the box. Perfect for snuggling up watching Gilmore Girls.

If you’re unsure on whether you purchase from here, I 100% recommend to do so. It’s so exciting not knowing what you’ll receive and leaving it in the perfectly capable hands of this business. They certainly know what they’re doing, and they have absolutely smashed it!

I ordered a t swift t shirt for an event and stupidly didn’t read the delivery times! I emailed and asked if it was possible to have it by a certain date and they were so quick to respond and ensured I had it within plenty of time. Such good quality clothing and amazing service! Just made my second purchase of a Gilmore girls mystery box and I am obsessssssed!! Lovely creative small business 🩷

I honestly can't rate this company enough - their designs are fantastic, the quality of the clothes is brilliant, the customer service is the best and I just love supporting a small business. I have made many many purchases from Paperpress over the years. I've always been very happy with every purchase I've received. On the very odd occasion I've had a query, it has been quickly and efficiently sorted. And I have been exceptionally happy with the level of service I have received. I'll continue to shop with them and have recommended the business to many of my friends and family.

I am fully addicted to Paperpress! My T-shirt drawer is now exclusively full of paperpress tees and my wardrobe is stuffed with sweaters and cross neck hoodies. The quality of every item is simply unreal, I love every single item I own. The colours are gorgeous, and you have the option of designing your own slogans which I’ve done several times. The promos are brilliant, I’ve recently had a few mystery item promos, and LOOVEE the surprise items, it’s like Geri knows me personally and what I’d like! I never knew how much I needed the shopper bags in my life, I use them all the time now! The customer service is second to none, any little issues (which are very rare!) are sorted so quickly, you can tell PaperPress genuinely cares about their customers. Recommend to everyone I know, and will certainly be buying more!

First time buyer. I'd been following online for a while but was reluctant to buy due to concerns about sizing. I decided to buy 2 of the mystery bags (a 4 item one for myself and a 3 item one as a gift for my sister, who was also keen to try their products). I placed my order on 11th August, aware there was a 10-15 day delivery time frame. After weeks had passed by I contacted paper press and got a quick response about when it was due to be dispatched. I got an email on Wednesday 6th September saying it was dispatched (outside of the estimated time). Unfortunately, I didn't get a response when I asked for a tracking code and naturally it arrived when I wasn't home on Saturday 9th September. Unfortunately, both bags were missing an item. The 4 item bag had 2 tshirts and a jumper, all nice fitting (read the size guidelines first as I went up a size). I loved the quality and designs of mine. I sent a message about the missing items from each and got a quick reply saying the other item should have been a tote bag or a pack of postcards. I was then told 2 tote bags (one for each item missing from the 2 mystery bags) would be sent first thing on Monday 11th September. After waiting over a week, there was no sign of the tote bags so I messaged the seller on three separate days before I received a reply saying it should arrive today (21st sept or tomorrow). It did arrive on the 22nd and the label clearly showed it was only posted on 21st September, after I had messaged 3 times for an update. Disappointingly, my sisters mystery bag contained 2 items and both had the same slogan MOODY on them. I get that anything could be in the mystery bags but I assumed the person packing them would have put some variety in, especially considering the wide amount of slogans available. I feel like she's really been let down. I did try to contact to see if anything could be done about it but was told it was pot luck what was in the mystery bags. Lesson learnt. I'll never go for another mystery bag. I did like the quality and designs of mine. However, the extremely long wait for delivery, lack of tracking data, missing items (and having to constantly message about these) and then the repeated slogans for my sister's bag has left me hesitant to order again.

I contacted the company straight away as there was definitely items missing. There was definitely no tote bags or packs of postcards in the bags (this was what I was told should have been in them by paperpress)
I'm extremely shocked and disappointed that its being implied I was rude. I have re-read all correspondence, and can see I have thanked them for replying and used please when requesting updates. In my profession, I would always strive to be kind and polite to everyone.
I was on the fence about future orders. My mind is now made up.
Like I said, I did like the designs and really hoped for a positive experience.
Hopefully others have a better experience.
