I expect my review to be pulled.

I ordered a "tired and needy" tshirt in purple on 14 Jan. I emailed end of Jan asking for an update and was told it was leaving them that weekend, and after me saying it was pushing the 10 to 15 day delivery was told that was 10 to 15 business day turnaround.

But the tshirt didn't arrive. I emailed a week later and was given various reasons (storm, late tshirt delivery, small business juggling things) but none of those really matched up with the previous assurance it was already just about to be sent.

The tshirt has now arrived. It's really thin material. I have a tshirt from them from a couple of years ago which was excellent quality, this is nowhere near it.

I'm so disappointed. The owners fairly disinterested responses of being a small business having to juggle things and blaming the late delivery on different things together with a lesser quality product means I won't buy from them again and won't recommend either.

I understand businesses were affected by the storm, but be honest if orders have been forgotten. Similarly, I understand small businesses have limited staff, but I don't expect then to not be able to fulfil orders because "juggling".

I have ordered lots of things from the wonderful Paper Press Ireland. I have been particularly impressed by my most recent order, the Wicked Mystery Box. Well world the wait, absolutely epic!!! So much so my daughter is now after one too. You can always trust Geri to come up with the best ideas and designs ❤️❤️

Delighted with my Wicked mystery box. Have ordered from PP several times and never been disappointed. Geri is always prompt to reply to queries, despite them being such a small family run business.

Took over 3 weeks for delivery. Quality of t shirt very poor. Light and misshaped after 1 wash.

After an issue with the delivery time for my order, Geri was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Have made multiple purchases of tshirts, hoodies and mystery boxes. I have never been disappointed ever! The clothes are amazing quality, sizing is fab if unsure just ask. Geri the loveliest of ladies you will ever meet she is amazing nothing is too big or small, and she's always answered any questions quickly. The excitement waiting for it to arrive is part of the fun, remember the stuff you get is made to order and Geri isn't Amazon! Love that this is such an amazing place to get the best tshirts/tops/totes and supports a small business to boot. Keep being amazing and taking the pride you do in your work 🥰

One of the best small businesses out there. The quality is amazing and the clothes wash so well too. Geri is wonderful to deal with and because of that I have bought again and again. I have cross neck hoodies which are the best! And many many tees now! Orders can take a little time to come as they are made to order and they don’t have a tonne of staff. Worth the wait though! Would highly recommend.

Lovely products - it did take an entire month for my products to be delivered but they are fab and worth the wait

Lovely company with responsive customer care. Unfortunately delivery was really slow and the dates I was given by staff turned out to be wrong, which is the only reason this isn’t 5 stars.

Most of all I was really impressed with their size offerings, and the idea that you can purchase for kids at the same time.

I’ll definitely be back, I just hope delivery times become more reliable or are communicated better.

Just love my new T-shirts from the Paper Press. I’ve quite a few slogan shirts from this company and I love them all. They’re amusing and irreverent and make a statement with impact. Just love this company!

High quality material and graphics. Made to order so delivery takes about 15 working days. Great communication. Highly recommended company.

Love everything I have ordered, especially all the Taylor Swift themed bits. Can’t recommend this business enough

I bought a t shirt coming up to three weeks ago to wear to the Eras tour. It was cutting it fine, but I wasn’t about to pay £10 for next day delivery, so hoped and prayed it would arrive in time as the shop is in the same country as me. Only after did I realise it takes between 10-15 working days to dispatch. To be fair, this is probably my fault for not reading the fine print but it’s now been 15 working days and still doesn’t seem to be dispatched. It’s not the company’s fault because they are transparent about it - although it should be more obvious on the website - under delivery it simply says how long it takes to be delivered not the dispatch times - but if I had been more aware at the time of purchase I wouldn’t have ordered.

I’m writing this review so other people are aware of the time frames involved. I was delighted to find a business like this on the island of Ireland but even without an event in mind 15 working days and counting is too much for me.

The T-shirt I ended up wearing to the eras tour was from Amazon and while I would like to support small businesses, especially local ones, it just not possible with these kinds of time frames.

I bought my first item in May from Paper press after following them on insta for agessss and when I tell you my Taylor swift box did not disappoint! Great value, the products are brilliant and Geri is so so lovely! Since then I have ordered 2 more shirts and another mystery box! Safe to say I will be a forever customer ♥️

I bought the Taylor Swift ttpd box. As a surprise box, you never know colours or lyrics you'll get. This was just perfect. All my favourite songs on the t shirts and the cherry on the top-a red So High School tote that I wear to dance down the corridor at school when it's not "own clothes day" 😂
