Theory Anmeldelser

Theory have been very good to me i have failed my test a few times but they have always rebooked my test with no hesitation the practice tests are very good communication is very good I would highly recommend them

Very helpful. I can just email for any issue and they get back to me next day can take little time imbetween bookings but given good time to do mock test.
Mock test took time to get head around logging in as a parent tracking his learning.

They support we received was amazing, when there was a mistake with the booking they fixed it instantly and helped us out a ton

I have failed my test a number of times and they have booked me in for a retest the following day with a new date, couldn't fault them

The company is doing well I did a test today didn’t pass but they rebooked for me which is great

Amazing really helpful when I had to revise ok my test

Very helpful, good customer service

Thanks to Theory Academy and the materials and deal they offer I’ve been able to resit my theory test after I sadly failed. They’ve been amazing and very fast in sorting out a resit date and time within a few emails. Always polite, courteous and more than happy to help in any way they can.

I booked my theory test through Theory Academy and, although I failed my first attempt, I was able to rebook for free, which I’m incredibly grateful for. Theory Academy have been brilliant from the start, providing an excellent level of support throughout. I would highly recommend them.

Great communication and very helpful. The site is easy to use and the practice tests are useful.

Communication great, everything was spot on like they said would be, no problems at all
Highly recommend

Honestly this website is the best. The road sign tests, everything overall helped me passed this test. I’m happy and satisfied with their service :)

Lovely people, straight forward and not threatening whatsoever

i wouldn’t recommend this company - i requested to book a test on a preferred date & test centre. instead they booked me for a test centre 4 hours away - i attempted to contact them to resolve this issue but had no luck as they couldn’t book me until March 2026. i went onto the gov website myself & rebooked a test centre (not my preferred but closer than the one they booked me at) in December. contacted them as they did not provide the service promised & i did the actions of booking myself and refused either a full or partial refund.

Great experience and the aftercare was so helpful! When it comes to booking the theory academy makes it very straightforward.
