Theory Anmeldelser

This company is a great help to new drivers the pass guarantee is great relief i will definitely recommend it to others

Quick and easy service, very friendly customer service, would Highly recommend

Enticed me into paying more for my theory test by offering early dates that are not actually available, then refusing to offer a full refund.

Just book via gov.uk and buy a theory revision app and save yourself hassle and money.

Failed ma test n was no problem getting a new one booked would highly recommend

Grate, fast, reliable

It’s a good resource for people who are looking to pass theory test

I booked a temporary test center, as it was local to me and I thought it was great. Only to get an email saying that's the test center was no longer running. Whys it on your website then and allowed me to book!?
I proceeded to ask over email to be moved to Kettering test center for the same date, to receive an email back saying they had booked corby test center and a complete different date. Don't get me wrong, they actually booked my test. However, looking at previous reviews it seems that people have really struggled with that. Do not recommend!

I had a theory test booked through Theory Academy but unfortunately I was unexpectedly admitted as an inpatient to a mental health hospital, meaning I was unable to attend my scheduled test date.

I contacted their team to explain my situation and Abigail was incredibly professional, understanding and supportive throughout. They treated me with respect, responded promptly, and made an exception for me under the circumstances which I genuinely appreciate.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that shows compassion and good customer service when someone is going through a difficult time.
